“Excellent customer service - with every company, sometimes things go wrong, its how the company responds to this which makes them a good company or not. I had a minor problem with an order - the issue was resolved within 24 hours and I was very generously compensated. Excellent products delivered by a team who actually care about their customers - I have been a customer for over 5 years and look forward to the next 5+ years - thank you VIP”

“I was recommended to use VIP via a friend when I gave up smoking and I have to say it’s the best decision I ever made , I have tried other ones before but only once and never again , vip is a brilliant service , easy to use , I love the Vapes and liquids the quality of there products are the BEST !!! They run a loyalty scheme so I just got a great discount with my points , if ever I need help or advice the customer service team are brilliant I would never go anywhere else , I highly recommend VIP !!! There called VIP because they are VIP !!!!😊👌”

“I had a problem with my last order and when I originally enquired about it was told it was delayed due to the bad weather, today I had an online chat with Aaron and he managed to sort it all out for me and arrange a refund, so then I was just able to re-order my products. Excellent customer service from Aaron and I will definately be using VIP again.”
