I only buy the menthol cartomizers, as I don't like the taste of the normal tobacco range. I think it would be better if you started offering natural extracted tobacco e liquids.

The back up, re-ordering and delivery times are excellent, but the product quality has declined somewhat. About one in five of the last set of re-fills we ordered do not work, i.e. they do not draw properly or not at all. This is much too high a failure rate.

Products are good, the service is acceptable. It is a great pity that VIP,s system does not recogise my credit card address where it has been registered for at least 11 years!

I only buy the liquid now as many of the batteries and cartomisers have broke or leaked. Returning them then becomes a problem as you never want to refund ever, which is very bad customer service. You are now charging p&p over £20 so I will probably get my liquid elsewhere too eventually. Would not recommend you unfortunately.

Find liquid great but problem with vaping is when you need to change coil - absolute nightmare. Used to find I could do it at first or second attempt now it can take 20-30 attempts. More difficult for some reason & some coils are faulty. At present I am using an e-cig I bought from elsewhere which is easy to change coil (can do on first attempt). Simply buying liquid from yourselves as other seller does not sell one which is nicotine flavoured - they only do ones which are fruit flavoured for example which I couldn't personally use as I feel need for nicotine most after having a cup of tea or eating.

They didn't make me as happy as they used to, when my favourite liquid (British Gold) used to be available on 30 ml, and isn't any more, and when postage used to be free for over £19 orders. The clearomisers that I used to buy for use with my VIP batteries are no longer on your website.

phone service not good- still waiting for call back from VIP re cancelled order I was charged for. cartomisers not so good now they are lower strength and you've raised prices and discontinued the blue tipped and black batteries

Hello Hope, Unfortunately due to the new TPD regulations which came into effect in May 2017, there are many changes in regards to what we are able to sell moving forward. Products are good but recent dealings with customer service very very poor. Difficult to get hold of, anyone and someone tried to call me twice apparently but left no message so I was unaware. Issue was unresolved and dealt With very badly. As a long term, regular and large spending customer, I was very disappointed. Only remained a customer due to quality of products.
