Virgin Experience Days was launched in March 2001 under the name of Virgin Experience. Originally offering experiences to corporate clients as a way of incentivising staff and customers, the company rapidly expanded to bring the Virgin values of quality, innovation, value for money and fun to the consumer experience gift market.
The summer of 2003 was a real milestone for Virgin Experience. In our continual quest to bring the best experiences and unrivalled service, we joined forces with Acorne Sports. Founded in 1988, Acorne Sports is the original experience company and it’s their stamp of approval that confirms our pedigree and ability to deliver unforgettable experiences. Acorne ’s unrivalled reputation, knowledge and relationship with all of the featured centres made them the perfect partners for Virgin Experience, a company dedicated to making sure customers have the very best time. “Upsetting experience on my son’s birthday. Sadly my starter and my daughters main course were cold. My daughter ordered a macaroni cheese that tasted like mayonnaise. People in the restaurant didn’t seem to know about the virgin experience as well”

Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your recent experience, and we were sorry to hear that certain aspects of your experience failed to meet expectations on this occasion. We do advise that in regards to any problems that may arise with the experience itself when you are there using the voucher, to raise this with a member of staff to ensure that they do have the opportunity to resolve any issues whilst you are there with them. We welcome all our customers’ feedback, positive or otherwise, and the information received is passed on to our suppliers for their comments. This helps us to improve and maintain the standards of service we would expect for our customers. “A wonderful deal thanks to Virgin Experience Days for Champagne afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason. Great quality cakes and gorgeous teas. However, it is best not to book the last session (7 pm) as you feel a little rushed to leave since the store closes at 8 pm. An experience l would definitely renew!”

“I received the Blacksmith for a day experience as a gift and loved every minute of it. The location was amazing and the staff were experienced, helpful and lots of fun. I will certainly look to buy an experience as a gift in future.”

“"Spa Day" felt like a mass-produced (and disappointingly regimented) experience in the basement of a dreary hotel. OK for quality of food included - and surprisingly, the treatments. But the overall experience just didn't feel like the real thing. Sorry!”

“We bought the voucher for Moonshine Saloon - This place was amazing! The drinks were delicious and the characters were fantastic! I haven’t laughed so much in ages! From the moment we got there to the end we had so much fun! I would definitely go back again, thank you to the characters for making it such a fun night! They were so welcoming and hilarious 😂!”

“The spa was so lovely & clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. There is a refreshing pool, a sauna & a steam room so the facilities were slightly limited but what was there was great. The afternoon tea was in a stunning resteraunt & the staff were welcoming, attentive. The food was stunning, tasty & filling.”
