By nearly £100pp. i did some research and now realise this is a common thing that happens.... disappointing. I almost purchased with Thompson as price we a key factor when deciding which holiday. Virgin were lucky to keep my holiday because of this! Additionally, during the purchase pages it would have been helpful to have a "check details correct - same as passport". Again, a mistype is common, especially in the excitement of booking a holiday.... Fingers crossed the holiday is as good as i hope, and maybe will return to virgin for my summer holiday next year.”

“I always use Virgin Holidays for going to Disney, as the whole package is nothing short of fantastic and so easy to book. No extras for baggage, great aircraft for kids, car included and the best staff. One year at Christmas we lost track of time out there and were on a ride at some theme park when we should have been on the flight home!!!! the mess we caused was just swept aside by the excellent staff, they sorted the extra night at the hotel and the car hire and managed during there busiest time to get us on a flight home. I will always use Virgin.”
