“Unbelievably excellent and efficient service. I uploaded my packet, and was alerted within 5 minutes that the photo I included did not meet the specifications. I addressed the problem, uploaded the new photo and almost IMMEDIATELY received notification that the application was complete and submitted. Less than 24 hours later (!!!), I received an e-mail that contained an attachment with my approved e-visa for my trip to Brazil. I'm not easily impressed. This service blew me away!”

“VisaHQ made the process of getting my Chinese Visa straightforward. The documents I needed were listed on their form and it was easy to fill in their form online and use them to handle the Fedex labeling. Their system kept me informed of the process every step of the way.”

“I am happy to recommend VisaHQ. My recent visa application was not entirely straightforward, but the member of staff who processed my application diligently ensured that everything was correct, and the visa was issued promptly early the following day. The only slight surprise is that it seems, if I have understood this correctly, that VisaHQ don't retain photos to facilitate subsequent applications.”

“We were totally in the dark as to what to do for Visas to China. Meylis at VisaHQ made the process a breeze. We were like little children that he had to prod along helping us with our mistakes, misunderstandings, and misinterpretations. He was kind, patient and so helpful. I highly recommend VisaHQ to anyone - whether you are a seasoned traveler or a newby. They know exactly how to work the system ensuring your visa/passport is done as quickly as possible. Even with all our mistakes there was less than a week turn around. I cannot imagine what we would be going through had we tried this ourselves. Thank you VisaHQ & Meylis!”
