While this company promises no stress service and constant follow up, I did not find that to be totally true. They informed me of receipt of the paperwork and gave me a date when they would submit the visa itself. That day plus two others came and went. Nothing was on the website with any updates, and the chat is an AI robot with no answers. I called two days after not hearing anything and was told the visa specialist assigned to me would not start work for six hours more. Not until I called multiple times and begged to be assigned to another person did anything move forward. The last agent, Michele did keep her word, and the visas were submitted that day and came back approved within 48 hours. Michele is the reason I went from two stars to three on this review.

All went well initially for my visa application for my visit to China. I had to tell my agent that if there was to be a delay as indeed there was, I should have been informed - basic customer service. On the day of collection I had been told by email that I could collect my passport on Wednesday from 9.30. I arrived at 10am and it was not there as it had not been collected from the embassy. I had to return 2 hours later wasting my time. My agent was full of apology.

I needed a Indian e-visa on short notice. Two full business days after I submitted all documention, VisaHQ had not started the processing. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get if moving. In the future, I will submit the application myself directly with the India gov't.

Disappointing service in my case of Cyprus tourist visa. I was provided with the incorrect application form and other instructions. I had to ship documents twice to fix their mistake. This is after I had called to clarify and mentioned that the form on embassy website was different from theirs.

The experience with VisaHQ was good, correspondence person was very helpful and attentive reply the email fast and gave clear instructions. Was very positive with the starting of the process. However the outcome of the process wasn’t very pleasant. Not sure what went wrong, the visa specialist team seems like didn’t really do a proper help with checking the documents. Results my visa has rejected. It’s very disappointing, heartbreaking toward the end of the processing and waiting. The cost is not cheap either and feels like wanting to get a refunds,😅 as per now Still waiting for the next step confirmation of delivery the passport back. Hope it doesn’t have to wait another month. And hoping will get all my documents send back with the passport and there’s a reason why the application was rejected. Will still consider to use visa Hq in the future again. There for thank you for your help. Ps: getting prank by the approval email of the visa wasn’t cool too. 😃

Pros: * did the job, I got my visa in about a week * decent website interface for uploading documents (even though most were not used) and chatting with support (even though it wasn't super helpful) Cons: * Unreasonably expensive. VisaHQ claimes the embassy fee is $261 when in reality it’s $36. That's separate from VisaHQ's $225 service fee. They also charged double the FedEx price for issuing a FedEx label, and $10 to print a regular sheet of paper. * Representatives were not knowledgeable about my particular visa situation (understandable) but also plain wrong, as admitted by their manager. If you don't know, that's fine, but don't tell me incorrect stuff. * Slow to respond (one-hour phone hold, days being ignored via the online chat) * Unprofessional (one representative working from home was yelling in their household while thinking they were on mute)

I had a bit of an issue and Visa HQ owes me a refund also of like R1200. VFS had issues with my paperwork so I had to run around that day to try and get new docs and then rush back to resubmit the paperwork, no one was there to pay for the visa application so I had to repay for the application. Celest helped to get the visa as she contacted someone in the NL or something, but it wasn't a great process and really would try and avoid VisaHQ if I could and rather just process everything myself, I just had to use them as it was a requirement from Uber. As soon as I am back to CT I will send an email to get the refund, however I don't have the account number as its a business corp card, I just have the card details. So honestly I do not know how I am going to do this. As I do not want to be taxed on my payslip cause of the charges and that.. but thank goodness I got my visa on Friday and flew out that very day, even though I had submitted my stuff 2,5 weeks in advance, but the visa place has issues with the booking tool, but I had no idea you could select the premium option or the walk in option as per there website, so a bit annoying. So i know for next time though..

VISAHQ was unable to confirm the application location of either Washington DC or Chicago for an Indonesian Single Entry Business visa until the after all application information was submitted. The application was sent to Washington DC, rejected, then forwarded to Chicago for processing.

In the end, it got the job done, but I needed to intervene at two critical junctures where I did not expect. This could have been problematic if I had overlooked things. 1) the Electronic form I initially filled did not properly translate into the target country visa form (I was identified as female and my maiden name my last name, etc.), which I needed to correct with a pdf editor. 2) I was asked for an itinerary to my destination, even though I had accepted to pay 25$ to have one generated for me. Upon my replying I had paid, I was nonetheless asked for the details that were already in my application. Had I been out of reach or without access to emails, this would have cost the application another day of delay. For the amount of money I paid VISA HQ in fees (more than 300$, excluding visa fee and shipping costs), I was expecting a complete hassle-free experience. I'll likely give them another chance, perhaps with a simpler visa application.

Given I have requested an Indian evisa online directly myself, I can't help but compare that to VisaHQ's process. The initial processing adds several days and is slow. The request to confirm that my prior visa had expired could have been captured as part of taking in that I had a recent visa, instead spinning a few days waiting for a separate email (which got buried in my inbox) to be responded to. If you're worried about asking too many questions up front, make this a conditional question that pops up only if you detect some potential concern around previous visas being active.
