POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF VISAHQ. The 800# on line has extensive wait times and no way to leave a message. The phone number attached to Peter's e-mail is a recording that says "no one is answering this phone" and no ability to leave an e-mail. The only contact we had was Peter. If he happens to be around he answers his e-mail but if he is out there is no response for hours or until the next day. In the end we got the Visa but dealing with someone with no means of communicating with them is entirely unacceptable.

They were very responsive on email but definitely way too expensive. Also, they said that I could not get an Indian visa if I have still a valid one, which is not true. If I had not checked myself, I would have thought I could not apply. Last but not least, their office it's not VisaHQ but a different one which is very very confusing. Definitely in Google it's not easy to do any visa services. The process is just not established.

While I am sorry that you felt you paid too much, our team has no control over embassy fees and other government charges, which affect our clients' final costs. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that we save applicants like you precious time by driving to the embassy or consulate, waiting in line, and double-checking paperwork for accuracy. Uploading documents was a nightmare. I could not upload a copy of my tickets until my son converted the file to pdf -- but there were no instructions to this effect. The woman I spoke to by phone to manage the issue told me she didn't deal with e-visas... You had to give me two refunds for applications that fell apart at the document upload stage. I strongly suggest you a) bring document upload earlier in the process and b) have information on the site to detect when someone is having difficulty uploading and give appropriate advice

The online form was not suitable (did not allow for dual nationality). My application was correct but was held up while VisaHQ confirmed back to me. This delayed processing. The customer service was a little downbeat (possibly language barriers).

The application process went great, but when I got my passport back it had a visa hq sticker on the back. Removing the sticker required using rubbing alcohol to remove the remaining adhesive which left a discolored patch on the back of my passport. We have a few other visa services suggested at our company and this was just enough of a pain to make me consider using another one in the future.

First, I called and was told that I needed no POI for a tourist visa to China. I sent one anyway -- just in case! After I sent the visa request to you, I received an email that said I needed the copy of my inviter's citizen card, which she had left in China when she came here for her green-card 6 month residence requirement. That caused MUCH consternation on both my inviter's and my parts. Then, when I called your office, it was reiterated that I must have that card number. The inviter finally called the embassy and was told that the Chinese Citizen Card was NOT necessary!! Another call by me to your office, with the requirements from the Chinese Embassy "in hand" finally got the true facts. You cost me a lot of money and a great deal of trouble and consternation by giving me the incorrect information.

The process itself was relatively easy, but the reply times for any questions that I asked through the chat was abominable. When it says 'Typically replies within 20 minutes,' I understand that this is an estimate. However both times I asked a question, I did not receive a reply for at least 24 hours. During this time, I also called the number for 'help.' I got a message saying that call times were longer than usual, then the system hung up on me. If it weren't for my husband getting through, I would have never found out the information I needed.

I am very satisfied with the telephone customer service - they were very helpful. I am not satisfied with the overall service - my VISA did not come in time for my flight, requiring me to cancel my trip, which was scheduled for 6/6. I received my passport in the mail and it states that the VISA was issued on 5/23. Why was there such a long delay in me receiving my passport back after the VISA was issued? I received my passport on 6/7 after I paid for overnight shipping. At this point, I am not sure if I can recommend VISA HQ to other members of my corporation unless there is a very long time between the trip and the VISA application.

VisaHQ personnel were courteous and efficient. The website is solid. But it appears that I was charged $15 unnecessarily for a passport-sized photo for a China tourist (L) visa. (There's no photograph on the visa itself.)

I was shocked to find out that the processing fee for my $165 visa application was $220. It would be better if these others fees were mentioned earlier in the process. When you start the application process, you are led to believe that the quoted fee ($165 in my case) is all inclusive. There is no information provided anywhere about other charges. Only after you enter credit card data and submit payment, then you see the total charge on your card which is more than double the previous quoted fee (in my case). I was afraid you made a mistake until I accessed my full receipt online and saw the additional service charges.

Had to re submit the same passport photo twice for no logical reason was a bit stressful could have been much more smooth hope this improves.

The process seems mostly smooth, although I do have one minor complaint regarding my experience. I applied for a Visa to Brazil, but nowhere in the online process did it explain to me that an eVisa was an option. I realize the visa requirements with Brazil are about to change, but had I not contacted a live person, I would not have known about the eVisa option and spent a LOT more money. Only because I had a question related to one of the documents did I contact a representative who looked at my order and recommended an eVisa which would save me both time and money. I fully appreciate the representative making this change to my order, but my complaint is more with why the information wasn't given online in the first place. The rest of the experience was very good.

We were guided thru a challenging experience by Visa HQ New York's kind expert Lilia Kenzhebayeva. We needed a Visa for last minute trip to China and the Consulate rejected my application because my dog chewed the small edge of the outside corner of my passport! With 3 days to departure Lilia went out of her way to guide us thru this process and even met us in mid town Manhatten with the Visa ( it was a Saturday, her day off!!) as we were en route to the airport. Remarkable job Lilia, thank you!!!!!

I find it so confused didn't understand the procedure as I'm not good at IT. First at the end I got mine through and tried to apply my husband as the second person will get discount £15, everytime when I want to add my name appeared, and when I add just the name of my husband but no info if his which show the list both, I could't gi any further. Just to make sure that my husband gets the is visa, I have to open another web & cost more.

Competent and fast response. I got my visa quickly and they were very responsive and helped me with the form fill in. However, I received a nasty advertisement sticker on my passport which was difficult to remove. Also, after the visa process they bombarded me with spam emails. That should not happen with an expensive service. Yes, and 100$ exclusive delivery costs for their service is quite expensive. In the end it is just a walk to the embassy and waiting a little in the line.

They key staff were helpful. Except for one staffer at the 800 info number who had never heard of Express to Russia. The web site really needs to be easier to understand. Its just not clear that FULL VISA SERVICE requires the client to have the official invitation first before they can submit the official visa application.
