I got a visa on time, but only after insisting the visa application was posted over a week after I applied. Had I not, the hopeless attempts of the couriers to hand an application over would have failed. Lovia was helpful, but inflexible and took a lot of persuasion to change her process.

This process allows for saving time going to a physical office but the electronic application did not run smoothly. Why do we have to make payment at step 2? Once payment is made...we can not access step 3 to attach the required documents...

BEWARE!!!! You really don’t need a third party to do this for you. I applied for a visa to Ghana. I was charged for a 5yr and received a 1yr( totally up to the Ghanaian embassy) I emailed and asked for the difference in cost and they said they were unable to return. I was also charged a 5 dollar fee for a money order, however they had my credit card info. ( so why the extra fee) Word to the wise, JUST SKIP THIS STEP AND JUST GO STRAIGHT TO EMBASSIES WEBSITE. They charge you an extra fee to process ($99) to be exact. The actual website for the embassy is just one fee for the visa no additional fees... I WONT USE THEM AGAIN AND I CATION YOU TO DO THE SAME.....

The process itself was easy and quick. But I had to call back multiple times for updates on the status of my application and had to fill the application form manually and sign and send due to technical issue on your website.

The visa specialist is not fully knowledgeable and conversant with the requirements and tries to evade the questions. He gave wrong information regarding Chile embassy contact details. Finally with repeated phone calls and emails I could get the job done.

I asked many times when my application could be submitted to the consulate and the agent just told me wait wait and wait , finally it turned out that the Richmond office in Toronto had submitted my application to the consulate but nobody remember to update the information on the website . However, the funniest part is I asked them for the reference number and told I did not have it yet, however , after a day I decided to mail the consulate myself and got the reference number in an hour ! Even the consulate was faster than them . And I logged in ICA to check my status and found that the submitted date is 6 days later than they told me . I am highly believe that the consulate must made a mistake because I have no reason do not trust VisaHQ!!!

Good and appropriate communication with visa employees but felt that the visa fee was expensive even for us as we are seniors, hope there would be a reduction next time

the response in chat it's awful, it's just a greeting chat that does not resolved neither answer your concerns, you should removed a service that its misleading. Better don't use it if you don't provide real-time and answer accurately the questions. better just email. your company will look better. Also will be nice if after over a week we get an up date in the process

In contrast to past experiences with VisaHQ, this time I did not feel that there was one single contact person who was responsible for overseeing the details of my application process. There was a different person responding each time, and ultimately the process did not feel as seamless and smooth, or as speedy, as previously. In the end, however, I did get the visa within the tight deadline that I had, so that was positive.

I dropped off my papers at the New York branch office. Software is buggy. Despite filling out all the details, it failed to print it out on the form. Secondly, while reviewing it they missed out to observe that my spouse’s nationality was missing in the printed form (again due to software). Embassy wrote to me about it and I had to respond.

Took longer than I paid for, (I have no idea what I paid for, 3 days return when it actually took 4 days, and this time is not including the amount of time it took to actually set up the appointment in the first place. Be prepared to not have you passport for an entire week.
