Painful process. Although the service was courteous the experience with the process was painful and complicated

I would have given this visa service 1 star, but for the kindness of my visa follow-up person. She has been very kind, so I added an extra star because of her sincere kindness. However, my reason for giving this visa service a very low review is because according to the website and its reviewed guidelines, it was stated that it takes a maximum of 7-10 days to receive a decision on any visa application. Today makes it 11 business days and 16 days since I submitted my visa application. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow and I am yet to receive my passport back as promised when I chose to use this visa service.

My VISA was approved on 9/25/23 and it was issued on 10/02/03 at 5:33pm after numerous calls. My flight was 10/03/23 and I had been calling for over a week checking on the status of my VISA. Do we have an alternative !

I am trying since a week to apply for multiple entry visa and I have uploaded every necessary document. To my surprise, the system seems not capture every document and I have got a deferred msg 6time. You ask for proof of entry from past year and it’s uploaded but still come back and ask for the same things. What sort of system do you use that doesn’t capture documents. Digital life is supposed to be smooth not hectic.

It took much too long to obtain my visa. You requested information that I provided information in the original application. The only way I received updates was if I reached out to you (twice). There was an obvious problem with the website as the order would not open. Communication and promised follow-up was poor. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Disappointed with the service - I had to renew my passport 3 years early because I ran out of pages in my passport. The 7 years it took me to fill my passport included almost 3 years we didn't travel international. I very purposefully ordered a 52 page passport as we have extensive travel scheduled. I received a 28 page passport which will last me less than 3 years. I found myself very disappointed after paying for the highest echelon of service.

My company decided to use visahq for corporate consular services. I was asked to apply for an India visa through them and the whole experience was very painful. Here are some of my complaints - the inital webform used to complete your details is very badly designed and covered in spelling errors, which doesn't fill me with confidence from the start. - they did not advise my company that we also needed a cert of incorporation which caused more delay to add this to the doc stack. - They did not advise us properly on how to address the India consulate in our letters. - I was asked to drop off my passport at their London office which is not their office - it's a shared space that anyone can enter. The front desk receptionist offered to take my passport and docs from me but I said with all due respect I would like to give them directly to visahq. - communications by phone is very poor, they have outsourced their call centre to a bunch of offshore guys who clearly just open a ticket and give updates. It was very hard to get to anyone close visahq. - when u do call they give out all your details without going through any kind of security. You just need the order number and they are happy give out all sorts of information. - Their support email is not properly setup and disallowed me from contacting them as they have not set up thieir anti spam systems properly to allow legitimate company's like our to send. However the worst part though was that I didn't get a clear message about how to collect my visa and passport once it was issued despite multiple (desperate) messages as I was travelling less than 24 hrs later. And then to cap it all I turned up at their shared office hoping it might be there and was asked my surname by the shared office receptionist. He then gave me an envelope with my passport in there was no security, noone checked my photo etc.. Shocking security processes and a very unprofessional way of working means I will be recommending my company look to an alternative partner for consular services.

Very poor about answering questions, put off answering direct questions with a for sure answer and I feel like I am not getting my passport back or my visa and that this company scammed me out of almost $700. If I don’t see my visa or passport in the next few days I will know that I was.

The service itself is great in theory. Customer service is not. When good customer service is lost, nothing else looks good.

Actually I applied my visa through visahq because they process the application very fast with good service but I have experienced the worst service ever I have applied on March 23 visiting visa to Georgia as my wife admitted in hospital for brain surgery with all the permission from state and central Govt from India but I have not yet received any information from visahq regarding my application status since March 23

It was easy to apply but I found that I had some outstanding documents that they didn’t follow up on until after I had asked. Alsoooo with the corona Virus issues, India was not allowing anyone with tourist visas to enter the country. Needless to say we had to cancel our trip and we were not refunded the ~$150 we spent on the visa alone.

There was no option provided for whether I wanted a multiple entry visa. Also I was only provided with a same day option which was what I did not want and costed me twice the money of regular visa fees.

I’ve never had such a terrible time with visaHQ. I’ve been two months trying to get a visa to Russia and a passport finally got it and now it’s at Fed ex in the truck I expressly told Victoria do not let them delivered to my address hold it at the office so now I’ll be chasing my visa for another three or four days trying to get it out of the Fed ex system. FedEx is very incompetent in my neighborhood and I’m not home to sign. If you want to improve your service . I can give you more details if you call me but I’m not even gonna waste my time writing anymore.I missed my daughter’s birthday because of you

I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the service. I had to phone the affiliate (UTO vacations) multiple times for information regarding my Visa. I did pay for the expedited service and it was completed on the very last day of the expected time. Also, I am unsure if it would have been completed in time had I not called. The website was also quite behind on reporting the application process.

Upon receiving my Visa / Passport, the 2 week timeline was fulfilled successfully. However, when I received my passport and reviewed the dates, they are incorrect. I will have to resend my passport in order to get the correct dates, which means I will have to go through the process again.
