Agent gave me the wrong information for my case even though I had specified my information clearly on the initial form on the website.

My visa application was sent July 1, I was actually granted the visa on July 12 but Vsia HQ did not get back to me by July 23 despite trying to call/email/online chat follow-up. This caused me an unnecessary delay of travel bookings.

I required a 90 day visa effective from my departure date 18-9-19 . The consulate have issued a 90 day visa effective from the 17-7-19 . Which makes my visa useless. My return date from Manila is the 19-10-19 ,as my airline ticket given to your company, the visa you have issued expires 17-10-19 . Making my visa useless. You need to have this rectified to comply with my airline ticket and Philippine law. My passport is in transit to me via post. The consulate should post me a new visa so I can carry with my passport.

Hi Raymond, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. I would like to apologize for the fact that you have not a 100% satisfactory experience with our services. Unfortunately, visa validity and visa issuance are determined by each country's embassy or consulate and VisaHQ's team does not have any control over that aspect of visa issuance. Please contact info@visahq.com or call our Sydney office directly at +61 2 7200 0815 to see what options may be available to you. Again, my sincere apologies for this issue. Hello! Thanks for taking the time to review VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the fact that you aren't completely satisfied with the experience you had with our services. Unfortunately, our team has no control over the requirements that various nations have for visa applicants; our agents do everything in their power to make the process seamless for clients like you. Additionally, we want to assure you that we do everything we can to keep our fees low. While we apologize that you felt you paid too much, we cannot dictate embassy fees and other government charges, which affect our clients' final costs. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that we save applicants like you precious time by driving to the embassy or consulate, waiting in line, and double-checking paperwork for accuracy. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

Had paid fees amounting to approx 18k, which included 6k for consulate fees and rest for VisaHQ service fees. The only service provided was in taking the Visa appointment. Everything else, right from filling in the application to collection of Visa was done by me. Over and above that, we had to pay the consulate fees all over again which thankfully was refunded to us almost a month later. There was no support at the consulate office and even the last minute rush to pay the Visa fees had to be undertaken by us. So 12k for an appoint? that is a rip-off !!!. I would have liked a refund of that too. Maybe a 1k for appointment would be fine. In any case, no further services from VisaHQ for me atleast.

While the visa application submission process went smoothly, the communications around delay in visa approval were terrible. I applied for a multiple entry business visa to the DRC. My case manager did not reach out to me immediately after the visa was not approved on the estimated date (after 25 days of waiting, which is a very long time for anyone to not have their passport, but that's due to to the DRC, not visaHQ). I instead had to reach out to my case manager myself, and she was unable to provide a reason for the delay, and was not proactive or resourceful at all in trying to go the extra mile to figure out the delay, given my upcoming departure out of the country. I ended up researching online the phone number of the Mission in NYC where my passport was, and overall spent several hours trying to contact them/on the phone with them. I was in touch with an officer there directly, and didn't bother going through my case manager at VisaHQ anymore. For a service that cost me $200, it was extremely disappointing, as I ended up doing the case manager's job myself. For this reason I would like to request a refund for this service. Please let me know how to go about this. Thank you.

Hi Manon, Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. We strive to exceed all of our clients' expectations and I sincerely apologize that didn't happen in your case. Unfortunately, however, our team has no control over processing times and consular requests once applications are delivered to the appropriate embassy or consulate. We do everything in our power to make sure our clients' applications are approved quickly; our estimated processing times are based on information provided by each government agency, but we cannot account for slow processing on their end and are not always informed of the reasons behind these delays. To discuss a possible refund, please reach out to your nearest VisaHQ office to to an agent directly at info@visahq.com. I hope you will consider giving VisaHQ a chance again in the future. I recently applied for a visa with Visa HQ, and was allocated Vlenia as my visa advisor, she sent me a list of documents required for my application. I submitted the documents, and she advised that I needed an appointment for biometrics. After 2 days she seemed very confused about the type of visa I was applying for and did not seem to know what was written on the visa HQ website. She requested for more documents a bank statement and letter for my employer which was irrelevant to the type of visa I was applying for , as when I got to the biometrics centre on Wilson street they did not require the bank statements and letter from the employer. Vlenia, also told my employer off in an email for writing the letter to Greece high commision which I found very unprofessional as those are the instructions on the Visa HQ website. I got the visa in the end and have just got back from my holiday, but the whole process of applying for the visa was more stressful than usual. The advisors I have dealt with in the past were very professional and polite. I only hope in the future the website is updated and staff familiarise themselves with the requirements on the website.

The officers are very slow response. I even called by myself to VisaHQ Jakarta for completion my Visa. After my Visa arrived Singapore. I wrote to ones of oficer Renuka. She never replied my email. Delivery my Visa to my home took 3 days (compring delivery Jakarta - Singapore only 3 days)

The documents needed should be more specific and all requested in advance of a family making a wasted trip to London The document titled birth certificate/certificate of birth was requested but this certificate was not actually what was needed - the copy of registrar entry was instead. We paid you to help us do this so we wouldn't need to travel twice and waste 3 childrens day off school and 2 adults days off work. The second trip was good and handled well by your rep and you returned the passports to us in a timely manner.

I have missed my business trip, for the following reasons: 1) I had to call on Thursday to check the status, as I was leaving on Friday, and no word of my Visa. I was promised a call back on Thursday, to which I finally received the call on Friday afternoon. 2)My passport and Visa was finally delivered on Saturday, but my last name was incomplete/incorrectly spelled. Since the Visa does not match my ID or Passport, I did not take the chance of flying, only to be stuck at the airport in Bangladesh, without a valid Visa. This was important business travel, and this has really caused an impact for our company.

I had to submit my visa on a very tight schedule and this is the reason why I contracted VisaHQ services: I did not have extra days to waste on my application and I assumed going through a company, the time for the process will be secured. My submission was delayed for technical problems on your payment system and postponed the submission for two days. Since then, I have received contradictory information from the company re: the status of my application and dates to get back my passport. It has been disappointing experience.

Hi Florencio, Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding VisaHQ. I would like to sincerely apologize for the problems you've experienced with your application. Unfortunately, even though we do everything in our power to expedite our clients' applications, we are still bound by various nations' standard processing times in the vast majority of cases. Our agents, however, keep customers like you updated to the very best of their abilities. In regard to the technical issues you dealt with, I would like to again apologize. We're consumers too and we know how frustrating online maintenance and downtime can be! If you have any further questions regarding your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to an agent directly at (800) 715-2075. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

The process provided a very poor experience. There was no proper communication on the steps. Miscommunication when the pick-up of the passport, no status update during the processing time, I had to follow-up twice with no answer by e-mail until I reached out by chat. The duedates provided were not honored. Overall a very frustrating experience.
