Upon receiving my Visa / Passport, the 2 week timeline was fulfilled successfully. However, when I received my passport and reviewed the dates, they are incorrect. I will have to resend my passport in order to get the correct dates, which means I will have to go through the process again.

- not provided info regarding the timeframe for visa process - no info regarding the wrong picture (I had to do the new one on a day of my appointment) - no info regarding changes in fees policy (from 02.02.20 - exactly the day of my appointment; I’ve wasted almost two hours during my working time due to lack of communication to me) - no info regarding the payment in the visa center - no follow ups From the good point is only: - an appointment been booked for me So I really do not understand what did I pay for. In that case of really bad experience I would like to get a refund. As the only service I got, was a booking of appointment. Which I guess I could do by myself.

Overall, VisaHQ agents are quite helpful, but negative points for website instructions, and process duration. 1) After filling the form, this website provided to address for nearest VisaHQ centre. It was clearly mentioned to send passport and related documents to the same address. I did so, but when the representatives got to know the same, they requested to use a new address. Previous address was inactive for a year. 2) Usually, it takes 5 working days to get visa done. For my case, it took around 2 weeks. 3) Process could be lot better if instructions are mentioned properly on the website. Mentioned address during registration was inactive for year. New address should be provided during registration.

Unfortunately getting our visas was a protracted process which became very stressful. Eventually, the team members were helpful to completion. The cost is ridiculously high especially when on the Visa itself it says the cost is $25 - you charge the best part of $150. It seems that all visa agencies are in the rip-off business.

i never got a confirmation of my services that was completed on line, hence I can't return to my records to obtain a copy of my invoice/bill or view the status of my visa processing. I tried using the chat feature and it is not very timely. I don't appreciate the fact confirmation has not been sent.

I am afraid I had quite a bad experience of getting my visa through VisaHQ. I applied on 22/12/19 and was told I would get the visa in plenty of time to go to Bahrain on 6/1/20. it should take 4-5 working days. By 2/1/10 I had to start emailing and chasing to find out why I hadn't received it. I even had to ask friends and family to called the office on my behalf as I was already travelling. Eventually the visa came through a few hours before I got on the plane to Bahrain. if it hadn't come through I would have wasted £76 and spend 20 hours in the airport. I didn't feel Visahq was helpful in giving me assurance about my visa and I would not use Visahq again. I have been told you can go direct to the country embassy visa section and get the visa for much cheaper. It is a shame that part of my holiday was marred by the stress of having to chase for this visa.

Both forms, for my girlfriend and I, were completely messed up, information was mixed between them. The worst one was for my girlfriend which I had to review 3 times, and I still missed a few details. Lucky for us the person at the embassy was ok to change the info on the spot at the interview (e.g. her form was filled as she was a male - how can you do such a mistake? You can't even copy/paste that information! You have to select one or the other option and you knew that that form was for my GIRLfriend, her picture was quite obvious etc.). Last thing: the price was very poorly explained. The order emails said - one is €335.75 (mine) and the other €351.50. On the website it says something completely different: 336.50 and 305.75. Why such a big difference? And why was the service fee 25 eur more? I would love to hear back from you and explain why this happened?

The individual person that I dealt with, was very good and kept me up to date. However this is the first time that I didn't receive the visa in time for my travel. So I wasted £230 for a visa that was issued too late for my flight.

Not sure what benefit VISA HQ adds to the process. Would be quicker applying directly to the embassy. Paying €150 for a service that can't tell me the status of the order, nor communicate accurately when the VISA will be ready is not good. Had to wait 2.5 weeks for VISA, and still not here, so had to send staff member 220km to collect Passports in person as we fly tomorrow.

The site does not flag unacceptable entries, one of which was that Singapore had to be the nominated residence when application was made. It just made me go round in circles! The help team initially wasn’t able to help despite a dozen exchanges over 2weeks, until Harrison identified the problem.

I faced lot of issues in my visa process. I did not get much help and need to make multiple calls to get the things done. VisaHQ charge fee but support to customer is not good. There is opportunity for VISAHQ to improve. Regards Nitin Pandey

As additional personal info is required after the main questionnary completed, what is asked is not considered on menu, and it is only delaying the process. Was suspected to be a spam while mails appears after sending complete the Visa request.

Furthermore, I'm sorry your email filter suspected our communication to be spam. Often, emails from companies you have not previously worked with are flagged by the spam filter. They did not offer single entry visas to Sri Lanka in their online application documents and thus indirectly “conned” the applicant into paying for a MULTIPLE entry visa at more than double the price. 😡😡😡. Shame on you

Live support was good but the website is not intuitive and instructions are not clear. I had to ask a lot of questions that could have been avoided with better user centered design of the website experience.

We normally deal directly with the respective country embassy/consulate for all visa requirements. We decided to engage VisaHQ for visa application services. We are pleased that we tried but won't be using or recommending VisaHQ in the future. We deem the quality of the service as poor - do not respond in a timely manner nor provide any meaningful updates regarding the progress of a visa application.
