“phone service was very good. it was a bit tricky with the software, but it worked out one interesting thing was that after i got notification that the application was given to the embassy i got a letter saying that i had not paid yet, but i paid before anything else and somehow my mail said that had blocked you so my visa was in the spam folder. i did not block since i was watching for the visa i would recommend. you were very fast”

“This was a long process, however it wasn't possible to do on my own. Once we got started the assistance I got with the filling of the visa application from was very indepth (quite unnecessary for a visitors visato China) by the Chinese embassy. Visa hq were very helpful which made the process more do able, as always come at a cost. Thank you team for your help and support in achieving this process.”

“Al principio me estresé un poco, ya que es la primera vez que solicito una visa y el dominio del inglés no es muy bueno para mí, pero con la paciencia y la dulzura de la srta Laura Durán todo fluyó y salió mejor de lo que esperaba , de verdad son lo máximo!! Volvería a tramitar con el equipo de visaHQ. Agradecida con todos ahora podré ir a ver a mi hija y a mis padres ! Gracias por lograr unir familias ! ❤️🫂❤️”

“Your service is excellent, including your response on the internet, and your staff,s ability to take through people who are not proficient with the computer and internet abilities, because we did not grow up with this. Satisfying the photograph seemed to be a challenge, though finally it got done. You may have or records and photprahs on file, which might make it easier to complete the requirements. “Successfully obtained 30-day tourist visa to Madagascar BUT estimated time to completion was sketchy (turned out to be about 3 weeks); and I found it impossible to reach VisaHQ over the phone.”

“I recently worked with Brigete Gravino for applying for a visa. She was very helpful and extremely responsive. Brigete provided me with step by step instructions, helped me with various questions I had, and helped with the application process and documentation requirements. I have never work with someone in this industry who has been this prompt in responses. I am extremely grateful for that. The only feedback I had was that the prices for the complete application wasn't clear at the beginning and some charges were added later on. Brigete did explain those charges, but I would have liked the charges to be listed beforehand, so that I can make better judgement from my side.”

“Michelle helped to shepherd us through the expedited passport renewal process, which made it easier. With current technology, it has become harder to connect with a live person for troubleshooting, which is frustrating! Luckily, Michelle helped make this process more user-friendly.”
