“Easy process; however, when I arrived to the airport the airline agent was unable to confirm the visa information in the airline system and I was asked to obtain the final boarding pass at my connection point. I do not know if this is an issue related specifically to the airline, but since this is the first time I use VisaHQ, I have this lingering doubt about why I am embarking on a two leg trip, with a boarding pass for only the first leg.”

VisaHQ, however, has no control over whether or not visas are visible in other companies' systems. You will have to contact the airline's customer service department to discuss the issue you had with the airport agent. “I would have been helpful to be sent the postal priority tracking number by email as the post office lost my visa and passport for several days. Thankyou to Peter at VISAHQ for tracking the number down for me when I called.”

“The service seems quite good to me. The conversation with the officer happen in relax atmosfer and they are really helpful to get the visa procees starting. But the visa process itself taking quite long.”

“Very simple and hassle free process and good support from the contact person. Only, your interface with Blue Dart needs to improve, as they did not come for collection of documents and also finally delivered my passport to the wrong address.”

“The overall experience was good … The "Tourist" portion of the drop down menu needs to be the default not the "Business/Work" - the cost was high for trips where more than one country stops requires the Visa - in the case of a New Zealand Visa, there are no documents required to be uploaded but there is no notice to indicate that so you are left wondering what is required. Country identification requested needs to be explained that in fact, it is a Passport number they require (New Zealand again). Staff response was good.”
