“It was a little confusing when I phoned to find out about the status of my visa. I spoke to someone in the US who gave me a number to make a Canadian inquiry. The number was not in service. They did answer chat quickly. In all it was good service. 3 days for my visa.”

“Hard to figure how to continue on an application partially completed and saved. Also, not obvious that in some cases there is no slower and less expensive option. Not all of us wait until the last day to renew a passport of obtain a visa.”

“Found getting Visa was straight forward. However when I tried to complete Visa using my mobile then it was almost impossible to do. Did have got contact with Visa help desk which was very good.”
