“I had seval problems when trying to apply for an eTA for Kenia. in the mid of the application process the system did not accept my flight number so that I couId not continue. I contacted the VisaHQ customer service and reached Iryna Opanasiuk. She explained exactly what to do. But the suggested approach also did not work because the system did not allow me to upload several requested documents. So I have sent the documents directly to her and she managed to put them into the visa application system. Simply great! I haver never experienced such a super fast and friendly support, and that at late hours on the weekend. The responses to my emails took only around an hour, sometimes even only minutes.
