They told me the appointment for a day that was not, they rescheduled my appointment and they didn't answer my call h now I have to do the whole process from the beginning, I called and the person who answered my phone did not know how to give him a viable answer

I used VisaHQ for a South African Tourist Visa and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. I'm now out of pocket, missed a close family member's wedding, and had to travel 30+ hours each way from Ukraine for a last-minute in-person appointment — all of which could have been avoided with better guidance and clear communication from the start. Lack of proactive communication. The requirement for an in-person VFS appointment was never mentioned upfront. I only found out after chasing the team repeatedly by email and phone over multiple days. Had this been communicated at the start, I could have planned accordingly instead of scrambling for emergency travel. Critical document error was never flagged. This is my biggest issue. My accommodation documents only covered half of my trip — an obvious, glaring gap that any experienced visa advisor should catch during a document review. VisaHQ did not flag this. That single missed error contributed directly to my visa refusal and to me missing a once-in-a-lifetime family event. Refund refused despite poor service. Despite all of the above, VisaHQ repeatedly refused a refund, citing that "the service was rendered." A service that misses critical errors and costs you a wedding is not a service rendered properly. I would strongly urge anyone considering VisaHQ to think twice. If you're paying for expert guidance, you should at minimum expect someone to read through your documents before submitting them to the embassy. That basic standard was not met here.

I am very dissatisfied with VisaHQ. We paid £115 thinking it was an online e-visa application service, but it turns out they only provide consultations, which we did not need. It would also take over five months, before we could get a 30-minute appointment with one of their reps, and an email was met with a generic, templated response repeating information we already knew. When requesting a refund, we were told the service had been “provided” simply because a templated email was sent. Charging this amount for no real service is misleading and unacceptable.

cannot use the online booking form, as the Elective Residence Visa" is not available as a " visa" on the forms. Cant get through on the landline, nobody to speak to? how is this possible to be helped, without the correct forms for the correct Visa ? Somebody please help.

Unfortunately, you take money upfront before providing the service. For example, you charge $99 for an interview, which makes communication with clients difficult. I applied for a tourist visa to Egypt, and I reside in the Sultanate of Oman. You asked me to go to the Egyptian embassy; is this the service you offer?

What a scam. They make you pay up front and then don’t return your money when their website glitches repeatedly. I needed a ETA quickly. They made me pay up front. Then their website wouldn’t work - it kept glitching and wouldn’t process the application. I tried several times to get the application processed, but it refused to work properly. So I got the ETA elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they insisted on charging me a $25 service fee for their webs that didn’t work. The correct thing would be to process the application and charge the fee at the end of the process!

Terrible. I applied for an EVisa. Gave correct documents. Paid the fee. I got an email from the company that my evisa was approved. I then contacted to confirm my plane tickets and went to download the Visa attachment. I opened it and it said I was denied!? No reason. This is terrible. How is an accidentally approval sent with a denial letter attached !!! Zero stars and not even a refund.
