I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your services. A few days ago, we visited your website with the intention of applying for a visa to Luxembourg. Everything was set in motion, and we were looking forward to completing the process smoothly. However, due to an unforeseen and unfortunate incident—a close relative of ours was involved in a serious accident—we have had to change our plans entirely. In light of this situation, I am formally requesting the cancellation of our order with the number SA655168 and a full refund of the amount paid. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance via your website chat, it has been incredibly frustrating to find that the support agent has consistently been offline, leaving us without any support or guidance. This lack of responsiveness is highly disappointing, especially during such a stressful time for us. “What a scam. They make you pay up front and then don’t return your money when their website glitches repeatedly. I needed a ETA quickly. They made me pay up front. Then their website wouldn’t work - it kept glitching and wouldn’t process the application. I tried several times to get the application processed, but it refused to work properly. So I got the ETA elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they insisted on charging me a $25 service fee for their webs that didn’t work. The correct thing would be to process the application and charge the fee at the end of the process!”

“Terrible. I applied for an EVisa. Gave correct documents. Paid the fee. I got an email from the company that my evisa was approved. I then contacted to confirm my plane tickets and went to download the Visa attachment. I opened it and it said I was denied!? No reason. This is terrible. How is an accidentally approval sent with a denial letter attached !!! Zero stars and not even a refund.”

“I would give zero stars if I could. The service was terrible, and they repeatedly provided false information—I had to obtain accurate details on visa requirements from another VISA company. VISAHQ charged me an additional fee after my visa was approved, justifying this by saying, 'Our website is not accurate.' Over the phone, employees were unable to provide answers to questions in real time. The entire process took over a month and was made more stressful by the lack of knowledge from employees at VisaHQ. My visa application was successful because of my own research and decision not to rely on information provided by VISAHQ employees.”

“I applied for a Morocco eVisa through Visa HQ thinking it would make things easier. Big mistake. My application was rejected and they told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund — but they also couldn’t tell me why it was rejected. That alone is suspicious. I honestly believe they didn’t even submit it properly, if at all. Out of frustration, I decided to apply through the Moroccan Embassy myself, and after sending just one extra document, I was granted the visa within a few hours. No issues, no middleman, and no unnecessary stress. Visa HQ claims to simplify the process, but that’s a complete lie. It was slower, more expensive, and far more stressful than just doing it myself. They take no responsibility, and they’re quick to keep your money even when they fail to deliver. I genuinely regret ever using them, and I hate leaving bad reviews — but if this helps someone else avoid the same experience, then it’s worth it. Go through the embassy directly. You’ll save time, money, and a whole lot of frustration.”

“Although very polite don’t be fooled by them. My experience with them so far has been atrocious. Paid the fee required and I have been chasing them ever since. Sent my details to two of the co ordinators and still no feedback. Going to there offices in central London next week for a full refund.”

“Estoy muy molesto con esta empresa, ya que no pudieron conseguirme una visa para Canadá que yo ocupaba. Les proporcioné toda la información que me pidieron y fue en vano. Cuando busqué ayuda vía telefónica, me dí cuenta que no tienen un teléfono en México. Decidí hacer el trámite directamente en el sitio oficial de Canadá y pude darme cuenta lo sencillo y económico que es conseguir ese permiso. Fue una gran desepción para mí contactar a la empresa VisaHQ así como pérdida de tiempo y dinero.”
