Passport went missing on their office, they think they sent it on to embassy but no record. Request made to return the fed x package immediately upon receipt, this was not done and numerous calls to their office, which is a call centre, were ineffective. Do not use this company is the recommendation I give.

What can I say, fees are expensive, to let the other people know it's cheaper to go direct to the Philippines embassy, or even you can apply at the airport if its less then 59 days. don't get caught out like I did. Could of been honest about it not tell me oh you can't get a visa at the airport, yes you can!! I spent £321, in processing fees, notary fees, transport. Embassy fee is only £28 lol. Their communication went from excellent to very poor, and very unprofessional, they never update me after documents were submitted. Very responsive before my application was submitted excellent communication. I change my mind. I had to contact the embassy direct to find out where my passport was. Absolutely shocking. I thought that was supposed to be your job to tell me that. Not me finding that out before you. I'm the customer. Whats the point of paying all those fees. You never updated me from November 23-4th of December regarding my passport. I got told by the embassy my passport was already their cause you sent it back to them why was I not notified!! As I paid you £11 for speical delivery to be sent to me not the embassy. You left me no choice but I went and bought coach ticket to get my passport cause my anxiety when through the roof. As my flight is only a few days away. You never updated then to tell me that you tried contacting me by phone and email on the 5th December when I was already at the embassy. Just wow!! I didn't have any phone or emails on that day. If I hadn't of contacted the embassy myself on 1st of December and just waited for your repsonse I don't know what situation I would of been in. As I have spent thousands on my flight and transport to the Philippines. I went with this company thinking that I would have a smooth process, I was wrong cause they cause me more stress over something that shouldn't even get to this point. You didn't even apologise after I i had said i got my passport. Just said that's good news! After I was never updated. You need to do more research when giving someone notary phone number not give me a solicitor number lol. When it stated on the letter not to be signed by a solicitor! I'm dyslexic but I'm not that stupid. Solicitor pointed me in the correct direction they were even more helpful. Will never used this company ever again I'll apply direct to the embassy. Less hassle and less stress. Less costs.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY/COMPANY !!!(i wish i could give -0000) Dealing Agent (Mara Bathan) My partner already took a review off, because she was contacted by the agent. I reside in Ireland. My partner approached this agency this summer (2023), to assist us in obtaining a visa for me to attend my partner's sister's wedding (in the Philippines) I was abroad for the month of August and my partner requested information in relation to the documents that are required so it will be gathered during that time and when I was back in Ireland early 2nd of September 2023 my application will be ready to be submitted, however, Mara decided that she needs to talk to me (the applicant) on the phone before anything(???))which she never did. we had gathered all the documents that were requested and on 26/09/2023 my application was submitted. My flight is on the 6th of December 2023 and they have not yet obtained any visa nor there have been any decision issued. Mara Bathan has stated this is not normal, but I had to approach them countless times for her to contact the embassy and at times she would respond by saying she will do it next week. So much trust and faith has been placed in a professional agency and they do not care about people and their situations. This has been extremely stressful for me my partner (who is in the Philippines now) and the rest of the family and it is tearing us apart. I only have a couple of days before the idea of going to the Philippines and attending my sister in law's wedding will fade away due to the lack of competency of Mara and the agency. I will lose a few thousand euros for the flights and activities that were booked and have been paid for. Very frustrating and disappointing,

The process was very difficult. Nothing is explained and the process took several months. In the past, it was easy and very quick but now that the person that was there before is no longer with the company, the new people I have had to deal with were not helpful at all. I won't be using them again.

VisaHQ Ottawa does not deserve one star, but there was no option for no stars. The Ottawa office failed at every turn. from failing to provide the three processing service advertised, to providing updates to their own team members to pass on to me. it was not possible to receive up to information until threatened with litigation. A number of delivery timelines were promised, none fulfilled. This cost me a contract, plus thousands dollars in expenses. words such as " priority " " customer service " or the company core values advertised on recordings mean nothing. I will never do business with them again

Very poor services and inefficient. I am so disappointed with VISAHQ services. I applied for Guinea visa on October 28th 2023 and my trip was due on November 4th. I was assigned Vita Dolynska as the dedicated agent, but she never made meaningful followup, and submitted my documents only on 1st November, when my trip was on the 4th. I made inquiries severally, even with a telephone call to their office and was always assured that I would get the Visa in time for my trip. But guess what I never got the Visa and they could only apologize that there was a delay in processing the Visa. So I missed my trip and work that I was travelling to do in Guinea. I find the services of VISAHQ a disgrace and embarrassing. I can never recommend VISAHQ to anyone.

this company has had my visa for 12 days. there is no number for me to call . No one on the chat is helpful . I paid extra to have it back with in 3-5 days . I want my visa and passport now. I also want to talk to a manger. This is not acceptable.

I never like leaving reviews unless the company has blown me away from their service great or awful. This experience unfortunately as been extremely poor. It has been and is very hard to hear my representative and clarity of the communication is very poor. This is my first time getting a passport and I do need it very quickly and this has added so much unnecessary stress to my situation. They currently refuse to make it right. I was referred to this company by a close friend. I have shared my severe disappointments with that individual, not only did they lose one customer. they have lost two. In the future, we will redirect any my references away from VisaHQ.

Extremely frustrating experience. Multiple pieces of information were misplaced or I was told not received. Talked to multiple people who all gave me different stories as to requireddocuments. The process was not satisfactory.

dear Company i have applied for visa services, however on information that i cant visa in time, i cancelled my request with in 24 hours for which confirmation was also received. the refund has not ben received yet after lapse of 3x weeks.

No response for days, both from their Info address as well as an "agent" that contacted me. Unresponsive website - could not see if my documents were downloaded, with no confirmation from VisaHQ either. Took my money very quickly for the application - hope I get a refund.

The worst customer service with the South African consultant in George name Pretty. She was not helpful at all and did not inform us that there were initial missing documents. She even blocked my mom. My mom had to then change her flight because she didn’t receive her visa on time. However, thank you to Ross who is part of the team somewhere in the world and he was able to assist us, and we received the visa within two days.

By far the worst customer service ever. I have been hung-up on three times. I have to chase the HQVISA customer service team daily for information. Get misinformation (when I can get someone to answer the phone) and as of writing this email, I still have no idea if I am going to get my passport and VISA in time for my trip to China this weekend. If you need a VISA, do not use VISA HQ

really never trust this company. they cant give us visa and they wont refund our money. this compay is only for money not for services. actually i apply for turkeys visa and after they cant give me visa and they didnt give my money back. so i donate for this compny 149$.. dont trust this company and dont follw

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the expedited visa service provided by VisaHQ. I applied for an expedited visa through VisaHQ with the explicit need for a quick turnaround. Despite my numerous calls to ensure timely processing, your company admitted to being late in submitting my application. Your delay caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses. When I demanded a refund for the service your agent initially agreed but within minutes of ending our call where I notified her that I was able to get a visa directly from the embassy quicker than your process, I received email notification that my expedited visa through VisaHQ had been approved. This approval came too late, as even if the visa had been sent to me, it would not have arrived in time for my scheduled flight. Further, it is quite suspicious how all of a sudden my visa was approved when the agent had no such status updates. Given the non-performance of the expedited visa service I paid for and the inconvenience it has caused, I have requested a full refund for my application fee.

I contacted VisaHQ to get a business visa to UK to attend a conference and present a research at the request of my employer. I couldn’t use VFS Global with their priority options because I live far away from all their office locations. VisaHQ completely failed my application in every aspect possible. For those who do not know, the UK Embassy requires to fill in an online application form. An applicant does it himself (a visa agency will not do it for you). Then you schedule and attend a biometrics appointment, send a stamped appointment confirmation with your passport and all other printed documents to a visa agency for the review. The application must be submitted to the UK Embassy within 15 days after your biometric appointment. The role of a visa agency is to review it fast and advise you on any supportive documents to increase your chances for getting a visa. Simple job that requires expertise, organization and fast communication. There is no organization or fast communication in VisaHQ ! After their first review they asked me to provide a notarized and certified translation of my birth certificate. I did not have it notarized so it took me about 3 days to prepare and send it to them. After that I did not hear any substantial updates on my case for 10 days. I called and texted them every single day to check on my status. They kept saying: “Your visa specialist says that it’s in progress”. After about 8 days of these responses I finally asked to talk with a manager. They pulled my case. It turned out that they had been waiting for my birth certificate which I had already sent them via email after their first request and they just lost track of it. Moreover, it appeared that the visa specialist who was leading my case had quit several days before that and no one even checked on my case, even with all my calls and texts. As a result they submitted my application on the 15th day (the last day allowed) after my biometrics appointment. That’s how disorganized they are. At that time I already knew that I was at the critical point where I might simply not get my passport in time. But had no choice but to wait. There was still 5 weeks before the date of my departure so I had hope that the UK Embassy will handle it fast. I did not get a visa after all. I had to cancel my application and pull my passport from the Embassy urgently (for additional $100 fee from VisaHQ) because I needed my passport for another upcoming travel. Besides there were only 2 days left before my planned departure to UK so there wasn’t any chance that I could get a visa in time. The last stroke was a VisaHQ agent calling me and telling me that their visa specialist pulled some strings so I may still get my visa. They made me have hope until the last moment. It was very important for me to be at that conference. I’m heartbroken that I could not go. VisaHQ did everything possible to prevent me from getting a visa. Those 10 days that they wasted could really make a difference. This organization does not deserve to be called a visa agency.
