“Da hat gar nichts funktioniert. Nach der Zahlung bin ich nicht weitergekommen. Hatte dann hilfe vom Chat. Habe die Formulare 4mal ausgefüllt.. jedesmal bestätigt... dann kam ich müsse nochmals alles ausfüllen 🤷‍♂️ am besten war als ich ziemlich genervt war, bekam ich eine Bewertungsanfrage 🙈 da ist sie. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Auf der offiziellen guverment Seite gings dann 2 Tage und ich hatte das Visa. Zum Schluss zahle ich noch Gebühren für das Disaster..... No go !!!!!”

“Hi VisaHQ, your visa refund process is the worst. I have cancelled my application after 2 emails due to our visa reasons, and it's been a month. I received an incorrect refund amount, and now no one is helping and saying that this is the refund which contradicts the initially discussed refund amount. And they are not even responding now to the emails Mara Radeline Bathan was consultant ( we did not even start the process)”

Я на компании другой видел меньше, но лучше. почему так дорого Все говно Реклама говно Менеджеры нового Оценка рекламы -0/10000 Оценка менеджеров -0/19000 И вообще говно тупого говна дети не ешьте говно тупого говна. Хватит дурить людей. Объективно вообще написал я брат Почему, скажи мне брат, атомная электростанция в Нахичеване стоит дешевле этого (спойлер Нахичевань приданлежит Армении) а когда станет армянским подорожает в 4.56 раз поняли??? Усвоили урок?? Поижайте цены!!! Я умру если не понизите цены говно полное не советую!!!!!!!!!1!1!1!!1!!!1!!!!!!”

“Very slow and do not follow through with your visa, terrible service!!! Applied for a visa and the US changed regulations that Visa HQ couldn’t make certain visas and they did not inform me. later on requested a full refund and they did not honor my request! They are a bunch of Scammers!!! they will not give you your money back. The only thing they’ll give you back is in store credit. I don’t want to make visas through them since they didn’t follow through with making the visa the first time and didn’t let me know that the regulations changed. And now that they are not giving me my money back, for sure not!”

“For me its - 10 starts thsi website its a scam. On the phone they said they will help you with a Cuban visa , next thing you know you will be paying for a pre approval form. When you ask for a refund the said the will take 25 dollars. SHAME ON YOU.”

“BE CAREFUL ! THE PUBLISHED FEE IS ONLY A CONSULTING FEE AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF THE VISA. THE TOTAL COST FOR A VISA WITH VISAHQ IS EU. 268,40 + GBP 200 ! THE TOTAL COST OF THE SAME VISA FROM THE OFFICIAL NIGERIAN IMMIGRATION SITE IS EU. 278.00, i.e. HALF OF THE VISA HQ COST. HAD TO ARGUE TO CANCEL MY 'APPLICATION' FOR A REFUND”

“Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They do not tell you everything you need for Visa application. They delayed turning in the application for a week. A flight had to be cancelled because the visas were not ready in the promised time frame. They are hard to understand and don't understand you. They do not communicate back with you.”

“The website states I need a visa to enter a country, I emailed the company for further details and was told they don’t know what to do. Was told to call the embassy or the cruise line, a truly useless service, save you time and money.”

“Very disappointing. Cannot recommend. This is a case of buyer beware. I applied for a Morocco visa through them in UK . Over 14 days, no reasons were given for the delay in processing. Collected 140 pounds undefinable. Total disappointment.”
