“after 4 days , asking me for a letter describing my itinerary .... I paid 160 E for a visa ! service is not good, very bad attention ! it's not fair ! big waste of time ! 10 Email, 20 chat with 4 different operators .... I'm very upset and frustrated, I may miss my appointment ... because of delay created by low efficiency operators”

“I started applying for a visa, got to the payment, paid my fee and filled in other details and then my profile or account wouldn’t allow me to go further and finish the application and passport photo upload. I have been in contact with about 5 different agents, including have send over 10 messages and emails to help with my Sri Lankan visa application. No one has helped me out and I keep getting messaged with links to apply for the visa and saying they will forward me to someone to help or i get no messages or replies. I leave in a few days and they have been totally unhelpful. They have stolen my money and I will report them as fraud.”

“I submitted my application to UK visit trip with all documents, they didn't review the bank statement carefully where there are 2 transactions which need clarification and they submitted to embassy and got rejected with no rights to appeal or refund, and I lost any upcoming chances to apply again unless I justify these amounts source 😭”

“Da hat gar nichts funktioniert. Nach der Zahlung bin ich nicht weitergekommen. Hatte dann hilfe vom Chat. Habe die Formulare 4mal ausgefüllt.. jedesmal bestätigt... dann kam ich müsse nochmals alles ausfüllen 🤷‍♂️ am besten war als ich ziemlich genervt war, bekam ich eine Bewertungsanfrage 🙈 da ist sie. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Auf der offiziellen guverment Seite gings dann 2 Tage und ich hatte das Visa. Zum Schluss zahle ich noch Gebühren für das Disaster..... No go !!!!!”

“Hi VisaHQ, your visa refund process is the worst. I have cancelled my application after 2 emails due to our visa reasons, and it's been a month. I received an incorrect refund amount, and now no one is helping and saying that this is the refund which contradicts the initially discussed refund amount. And they are not even responding now to the emails Mara Radeline Bathan was consultant ( we did not even start the process)”

Я на компании другой видел меньше, но лучше. почему так дорого Все говно Реклама говно Менеджеры нового Оценка рекламы -0/10000 Оценка менеджеров -0/19000 И вообще говно тупого говна дети не ешьте говно тупого говна. Хватит дурить людей. Объективно вообще написал я брат Почему, скажи мне брат, атомная электростанция в Нахичеване стоит дешевле этого (спойлер Нахичевань приданлежит Армении) а когда станет армянским подорожает в 4.56 раз поняли??? Усвоили урок?? Поижайте цены!!! Я умру если не понизите цены говно полное не советую!!!!!!!!!1!1!1!!1!!!1!!!!!!”

“Very slow and do not follow through with your visa, terrible service!!! Applied for a visa and the US changed regulations that Visa HQ couldn’t make certain visas and they did not inform me. later on requested a full refund and they did not honor my request! They are a bunch of Scammers!!! they will not give you your money back. The only thing they’ll give you back is in store credit. I don’t want to make visas through them since they didn’t follow through with making the visa the first time and didn’t let me know that the regulations changed. And now that they are not giving me my money back, for sure not!”
