I applied for Indian tourist visa, but due to my nationality I was not able to get e-visa. So they said they will refund the money, but more than one month has passed and I have not got anything and whenever I send them email, they apologize and say that their team will process it shortly. I am not satisfied with their service at all.

Providing incorrect information. They advised me for my inquiry, they could not do documents for the country I requested and that I needed to contact the embassy. They provided me the "information" of the embassy, but the website and email did not work. Very poor customer service.

I have been trying to get a reply since 13 July. I have resent the e-mail 3X. Not a word!! No one answers the phone either. Hopefully this will get attention. Dear VisaHQ Please can you let me know how to claim/organize a refund? I incorrectly started to apply for an Australian visa on your online service. I have not submitted any documents but I did make payment for 2 visas totaling R11030.00 I do not need this application and would like it cancelled. The one application #ZA343009 placed on 10 July 2022 And one f #ZA343006 placed on 10 July 2022.

This is the worst service I ever had with applying for a refund I was applying for more than a month now. First they have cancelled my appointment without me knowing it. And now they are giving me a hard time getting my money back!!!! Don't ever use them at all!!!!

You have to go to VFS yourself with the documents. Currently VFS is taking walk ins - no appointments for Croatia - but visa hq staff had no idea about it. Also said wold only give documents info if i applied through them. Not very impressed!

I was applying for a visa to Sweden from the UK. The process is broken, they were sitting ducks 3 weeks promising that we are looking for a visa appointment. After I asked them multiple times about the progress they always replied with a template email that they are still in process of getting an appointment. Eventually, they cancelled my visa process and refunded the amount (still waiting for the return). So in the end wasted 3 weeks and processed the visa on my own by booking it through the embassy. I would never recommend the service as they waste a lot of time and energy.

Customer service is pathetic, chat representatives don't even care to respond to the query, tried to call customer care, not ready to talk, in between the query disconnected call.

Even 1 star is too much for them. They are not trusted company. I have applied for visa to Turkey including me, my wife and 3 kids below the age of 15 Y/O and i have paid £99.80 each ( £299.40 in total) and when i found out that kids under 15 years old are exempt they refused even to replay back. I had online chat chat as soon as i mentioned the case they ended up the chat. sent few emails, no even acknowledgment or replay. I have contacted Turkish consulate on the phone, they said you need to get touch with the third party visa service. before i applied for visa i had online chat with an advisor to enquiry and i did mention that i'm applying for kids as well but they never told me that kids under the age of 15 Y/O are exempt. I have no trust for this visa service and i will not recommend it.

I have been suffering with VisaHQ canada and their call center in the Philippines for weeks to get my visa corrected. Their shipment process is slow and takes ages to happen. Call centre doesn’t reply or you might be lucky and get a reply after the 10th attempt. And when they do, they put you on hold for long time and eventually provide no information. Think twice before choosing VisaHQ.

When they charge your money, they don’t follow up with you . After several phone calls and live chats? They will still not get back to you. Then when they finally get back to you. They don’t guide you through anything. They just demand things and when you ask for help on how to go about it , they don’t reply again. If I know it at all I don’t think I will pay your company for services. Regretted come through the company. I do not need your service again I want my refund asap because I will proceed to google and leave a message there too

Kenyatta Bryant is an absolutely awful human being. He is an incompetent employee and lacks basic level customer service. His communication and behavior is extremely disrespectful, but only via email. When on the phone, he shows his true character which that of a weak, small, cowardly man. If he is handling your visa, ask for someone more competent. He, admittedly, has no idea what is going on.
