“I applied for my visa on 22nd of March I was told the person handling the visa would contact I waited till 27th March until she contacted me I had asked questions regarding what was required and if documents I had were suitable I’ve waited 20 days for a response the service is not acceptable especially if your thinking you need a visa asap like I did really poor service I’m still awaiting now to have a response and I’ve emailed spoke to customer service and tried reaching out via the what’s app I’ve asked for management to contact me but nothing 🙈 be careful using this company it’s not like what they promise online”

“Visahq.com is a very big scam. I submitted two application to two different embassies and nothing came through, infact it was denied and Visa HQ says nothing. Big scam, don't bet your money with them”

“VisaHQ Johannesburg, South Africa branch is a fake office. Fake ophone numbers, fake address, no contact details outside of the chatbot. And no VISA or accountability for lack of delivery.”

“I am writing this review on 8th March 2024, I applied my VISA on 21st February for Ivory cost for my travelling from 3rd March to 6th March, all documents uploaded as per required on web. VISAHQ claim to provide VISA within 3 business days but within 3 days enven they not submit my application to the embassy when i ask them why i not received my visa after submission of application, they reply that 3 days count when VISAhq submit the application to the embassy not from the applicant submit the application., On 29th i got one email that embassy require one more additional document which was not prior informed to the applicant. how they become visa partner even they don't know about proper documentation. i arrange and submit that additional document on 1st March and i am not my visa ultill 8th March till i am writing the review. my all plan spoil. I did a big mistake to choose VISAHQ. it was better that i go to Embassy direct and apply for visa.”

“All documents were submitted to visa HQ, visa specialist didn't check it properly and confirmed that all is fine, then asked us to ship the originals, that what we did, but it appears that our passport wasn't signed. So they shipped us the passport back using our pre paid shipping label. I called them and asked if we should pay for shipping again, the answer was NO. Then when visa was issued they called us and asked us to pay again for shipping. When we said that it was unprofessional to ask us paying for their mistake (we've also lost a lot of time because of this), the answer was: you have another option to pick it up in Washington DC (we live in Florida btw). We were their clients for more than 8 years. They really don't care about their clients.”

“a very bad experience for us: we asked for online visa, there is some issue to proceed with the payment. We need support to complete the process, unfortunately no support by email by the ambassy ... we are confused, and we dont know what the problem is and what we should to do to get the visa.”

“Do not trust this armature people. They lie a lot. They lost my travel document and sent an incomplete application to the embassy. I only found where my package was with the help of a guy in the embassy. Visahq didn't even provide me with the correct tracking number, and no proper guidelines. Work with them at your own risk. Apply directly to the embassy. I paid for courier service such as Fedex and they sent it with Canada post that causing delay”

“Do not trust them. They are fake. They applied Morrocan visa for me and they only come back with stories upon stories. No refunds, no proper guidelines. Believe and trust them at your own risk. Apply directly to the embassy. I lost almost 300£”

“NO REFUND: While applying, they kept re-asking me for the same documents, thus kept delaying the process...Difficult to get through to someone on phone. If more than 2 people in the cue, you could wait hours to speak with someone. After all that, the country I applied for didn't require a Visa, they would not refund my money.”

“Passport went missing on their office, they think they sent it on to embassy but no record. Request made to return the fed x package immediately upon receipt, this was not done and numerous calls to their office, which is a call centre, were ineffective. Do not use this company is the recommendation I give.”

“What can I say, fees are expensive, to let the other people know it's cheaper to go direct to the Philippines embassy, or even you can apply at the airport if its less then 59 days. don't get caught out like I did. Could of been honest about it not tell me oh you can't get a visa at the airport, yes you can!! I spent £321, in processing fees, notary fees, transport. Embassy fee is only £28 lol. Their communication went from excellent to very poor, and very unprofessional, they never update me after documents were submitted. Very responsive before my application was submitted excellent communication. I change my mind. I had to contact the embassy direct to find out where my passport was. Absolutely shocking. I thought that was supposed to be your job to tell me that. Not me finding that out before you. I'm the customer. Whats the point of paying all those fees. You never updated me from November 23-4th of December regarding my passport. I got told by the embassy my passport was already their cause you sent it back to them why was I not notified!! As I paid you £11 for speical delivery to be sent to me not the embassy. You left me no choice but I went and bought coach ticket to get my passport cause my anxiety when through the roof. As my flight is only a few days away. You never updated then to tell me that you tried contacting me by phone and email on the 5th December when I was already at the embassy. Just wow!! I didn't have any phone or emails on that day. If I hadn't of contacted the embassy myself on 1st of December and just waited for your repsonse I don't know what situation I would of been in. As I have spent thousands on my flight and transport to the Philippines. I went with this company thinking that I would have a smooth process, I was wrong cause they cause me more stress over something that shouldn't even get to this point. You didn't even apologise after I i had said i got my passport. Just said that's good news! After I was never updated. You need to do more research when giving someone notary phone number not give me a solicitor number lol. When it stated on the letter not to be signed by a solicitor! I'm dyslexic but I'm not that stupid. Solicitor pointed me in the correct direction they were even more helpful. Will never used this company ever again I'll apply direct to the embassy. Less hassle and less stress. Less costs.”
