“call centre no one answering the call. after holding 20 min to 30 min call automatically gets disconnected. !!!”

“The visa approval to Vietnam does not take 3 days as indicated on the Visahq advertisement. My visa approval took more time and my trip was ruined. The Visahq team does not work with the Embassy to get the visa expedited. Complete waste of time. The work Visahq does is what I would have done by applying for the visa through the Vietnamese government website minus 64 dollars.”

“Pathetic service. They charged me for a Visa that they could not process. The money was taken by them despite knowing that the Visa was not being issued by the high commission. They are reluctant to process the refund even after 20 days. I would not recommend your service to anyone. BTW I did get the Visa that you said was not being issued and I processed it on my own. So much for your expertise in assisting with Visas.”

“Worst service. Please try not to use this service as they actualy doing nothing and charging you for service which they don't even provide. I have send and upload all documents they ask me to but keep asking for same documents again and again.”

“I have had a very poor experience with VisaHQ services. After multiple chasing and asking for the status of my application with no action taken at all, I had to cancel the service and it's been 3 weeks now that I didn't get a refund and again chasing them for an update without any indication on when I can expect to get my refund for the service that hasn't been provided to me. Very disappointing service and unprofessional approach to handling customers and visa support services. Do not recommend to use at all for your own piece of mind.”
