“I was not able to process my application due to requirements issues so I called for cancellation. It was difficult to get through the line but I finally talked to Michelle. She was accomodating and it took a while for my transaction to be completed. And as I waited, Michelle continued to assure me that she was still there. And I really appreciated that. In the end she was able to process the cancellation along with a colleague. Thank you Michelle. I gave 4 stars only because it was difficult to get someone on the other end of the line. I had to dial so many times before someone answered.”

“I used the VisaHQ based in Malaysia. The link was introduced to me by a friend. I was in Thailand on holiday before realising I need to apply for visa to Egypt. It took 7 working days. Thank goodness I received it before leaving for the airport to Cairo as I was told to have it printed out. Thank you for service and guidance.”

“I have used this service before and I have never had any problems. The only negative I would say is that I received several emails referencing an E-Visa, when I was actually receiving a Visa in my passport. This was very confusing and prompted me to call and ask questions when this was unnecessary.”

“I received outstanding assistance from Brigete Gravino in obtaining a 5-year Visitors eVisa to India recently. The process was well managed, and a visa was issued within time. Regarding opportunities to improve, the initial data that I provided through VisaHQ's online system proved to require repeating. I had to send several sections by email to manually update. Given the high fee charged (other web-based Indian Visa services charged less), improvements to data collection through the company's online system should improve.”
