My Saudi Arabia Business visa application was multiple entry valid for 5 years - what I received was single entry valid for 90 days costing same visa fee and service charges. Why did VisaHQ accept this and not advocate for issuing the requested visa ? This is a waste of $ 400+ as I will not be traveling there in next 90 days ! Service was extremely fast but what good is that if the visa is incorrect ?

Hi Mukesh, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I would like to apologize for the fact that you were not 100% satisfied with your VisaHQ experience. Unfortunately, visa validity is determined by each country's embassy or consulate and VisaHQ's team does not have any control over that aspect of visa issuance. I'm sorry did not receive the visa you were hoping to obtain, but rest assured that your visa agent will assist you by answering any questions you may have about the process. Again, my sincere apologies for this issue. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

I send my all documents by 22 of February but still I’m receiving email require this document and that even I send all documents as required at check list. And the lady who handle my case is very lazy didn’t check the all documents and asking again and again same. Very disappointed. I have flight after 12 days. Don’t know what they will do? Don’t think will travel next by visa hq and recommend to friends and family.

Hello! Thanks for sharing your feedback about VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for any issues you've experienced with your application. I would like to remind you that, in some cases, our team receives requests for additional documentation from consular officials. We have no control over these requests and must ask our clients to comply. Furthermore, I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the level of customer service you received. We aim to exceed all of our clients' expectations and that clearly didn't happen in your case. Reviews like yours help us improve and I hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again in the future. Again, my sincere apologies. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

I needed a visa for Kenya and Zambia. I phoned VisaHQ to ask what should I do since one was a evisa. I was told to send everything in, which I did. When I went to check on line it said the evisa was missing documents. I explained I was told to mail everything in, and I didn't have the photos or passport in front of me to scan. The regular vis is in the mail to me now but no word on the evisa. Very disappointing. I've made 4 calls to VisaHQ, all getting different answers.

HI Renee, Thanks for sharing your feedback about VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for any problems you've experienced with your application. I would like to remind you that our team has no control over applications once they are submitted to the appropriate government bodies. Some visas are processed more quickly than others. We do our best to keep clients like you apprised of the progress of their visas, but sometimes processing takes longer than anticipated. If you would like further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to me personally at stan@visahq.com. Again, my apologies. Safe travels, Stan for VisaHQ

My request for a visa was turned into the embassy promptly by your office in DC, but at that point things went south. Instead of the five days they advertised the embassy in question took 9 days. Bottom line, I made my travel arrangments, but barely, and at considerable personal disruption. I know your office is not responsible for embassy slowness but I had to repeatedly call your office in order to energize the proceedings. I did not feel as if you had my back. Charlie King

Hi Charlie, Thanks for leaving your feedback about VisaHQ. I would like to personally apologize for the negative experience you had obtaining your visa. As you stated, our team, unfortunately, has no control over processing times once applications reach the appropriate embassy or consulate. Although we do our best to keep tabs on progress and expedite the process for our clients, it is not always possible for us to hasten government proceedings. Again,. my apologies and I hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again in the future. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

The application process was easy. I received my visa quickly. But I had problems printing it. Apparently a Windows 10 issue, so Visa HQ should make sure that the file is compatible for common software platforms. When I called Customer Service to understand the printing problem, the agent had no suggestions. When I asked if I could show the visa on my phone if I couldn't print it, the agent was very rude, saying that he had never been to Vietnam, so how would he know if electronic vs print would be okay. I replied that VisaHQ is supposed to be an expert on visas and they should know if I can use an electronic version. He just basically told me it was my problem. Finally able to print on an Apple. A lot of people don't have multiple machines.

Hi Nancy, Although I am glad to hear your experience with VisaHQ was positive overall, I am sorry to hear you had a negative interaction with one of our customer service agents. Please rest assured that this is not the level of service we pride ourselves on and that reviews like yours help us improve. I sincerely hope you will give VisaHQ a chance again next time you require travel documents. Safe travels, Rebekah @ VisaHQ

Very user friendly website that I can’t even thought all along my way of application that I am filing my visa via a third party. I was thinking that I am applying directly , anyways that was my mistake and not theirs, but their processing was still good.

Far too long a process and it was anything but ‘user friendly’. Some questions were very ambiguous and unclear. We had to call the contact number at least 3 times during the process which took a total of 3 hours to complete over 2 days!

I did get my Visa in time for my trip. But there were multiple computer problems and I could not reach a human being on the phone or by email. First I left voicemail and no one called back. Then I got hung up on without voicemail after being on hold. No one helped me. The passport ended up getting sent to Dallas, Texas rather than Los Angeles where I live, be ause the computer set my home state to Alabama and would not be edited, resulting in the printing label coming out wrong. A nice manager in Texas finally called me after the Dallas Chinese consulate rejected my passport. I told him I had been double charged for the visa service. He advised that it should only be raised after I receive the passport back safely, in case someone thinks the whole order is being cancelled, which it was not. He charged then refunded overnight shipping back to Los Angeles. Now I can’t reach a human being again about the double charge and have to dispute it through my credit card company.

I am a frequent traveller, but have a low tolerance (admittedly also a short fuse) for online application procedures that are not perfect. But I was attracted by the option of being able to pay online rather than a physical bank cheque being needed, but that's where it ends. The amount of time it took for me to fill out on the screen (still have to do some by hand so would have been quicker to print the blank form), decide whether or not to pay an extra $20 to upload passport style photographs (which annoyingly only appears half way through after you've already decided on the payment options), logout because of clicking a button twice, then try to login, generate an account with a password (didnt want to use facebook or google), and then try to work out how to get back to the site and find my visa information, and wonder when and how I would see a printable version of my application (I saw it there once - should have printed straight away) but now cant find it again, meant that I would have been better off applying directly to the embassy. Now I am unsure about several things including where I pick up my passport (I chose that option rather than mail) and visa (embassy or VisaHQ?), despite the email received from VisaHQ. And a couple of other details that don't seem to be identical to the consulate's information on their visa page. It is a horrid, sinking feeling to be unclear about a visa application, when it involves your passport, travel deadlines, and expensive air tickets. To be honest, I would prefer that my credit card were refunded so I could go back directly to the embassy site to apply there instead. Also, no-one answered the phone in Sydney, and I did not leave a message. Maybe I'll try again after lunch. No, still no answer.

Sir or Madam, So far my experience is not good. I have used your service twice before and my experiences then were very good. I have been asked to upload my invitation letter. I purchased this from you. I do not see it available for me to download. I called, was put on hold for some 15 minutes, having explained the problem. When the person came back she did not seem to know what I wanted. When I explained again, she hung up. I need to know what I need to do in order to complete this process.

Found it very difficult to add a second person, as I didn't see a place until after I had paid my for my visa. The site wanted to charge me then twice for my visa. . I ended up making a new account for my husband. Each time the site did not let me know whether the files uploaded or not. Now it says we can progress online but there is nothing to show that - looks same as when I filed.
