Rest was well streamlined. however the behavior of the delivery personnel was not professional. He was rude on calls and mentioned to call all the other Uber members to come and collect the visas from the recpetion instead of calling himself. Also mentioned that he will leave and cant wait as he has a lot of work

My main issue with VisaHQ is that when the team was unable to deliver my Visa by the promised deadline of Friday, there was no communication from the team. If I hadn’t been proactive, my visa would have been delivered on Monday and I would have missed my flight. As part of visa application, the team has my flight itinerary and was aware of the timing. Going forward, I would only recommend VisaHQ if they fix this issue.

Your website stated 3-5 days for processing at the embassy. My Visa was approved early the first day the embassy had possession. Why did it take 5 days - this is extremely misleading and caused undue duress on the part of many people on my side of our arrangement. If there was never any chance of getting it in 3 days which seems to be the situation since it was approved quickly, you should probably change your information to reflect the later time frame. Unhappy with that situation which your company served up. It's a simple change to fix it and nobody is going to complain about getting their VISA earlier than expected.

The estimated processing times on our website are provided by each consular authority; our team has no control over whether or not processing takes more or less time than is estimated. My expectation was that this was a 24/7 service and initiated my request on the weekend, so when I didn’t receive a response to my CHAT questions until Monday I had a few panic moments! On Monday I received immediate response and my Visa arrived on Tuesday! So all is good. Thank you

The registering process was fine, my challenge involved additional bank holifay in Ghana and therefore even though I submitted by information by 28th Dec, it took until the 17th January to receive this cutting it quite fine, in retrospect it would have been good to have on yhe system an automatic calculation asto when I would receive it when applying, based on my travel date of the 19th Jan I would have paid more to have piece of mind in receiving it back, Phyliis was very helpful when I called to ask for a quicker pick up as originally I wouldn't have received until the 18th.

I am not happy with how my Ireland Visa has gone. I would have expected more upfront information regarding the possibility to not get an multiple entry visa even after having applied for the same.

The speed of the process was quite slow, when the customer place an order during the night time he expecting directly the first call he will receive next day from VisaHQ to start the process as everything appears in his order.

Real technical problems with my Mac (and Safari or Firefox) to fill in some spaces (payment in particular!). Couldn't even click on the Visa logo. Being told I need to type X numbers is no valid instruction for such a card problem. Some thinking about clear explanations would really help. All in all I spent hours (literally) over 2 days trying to find a way to fill the form completely which in itself isn't difficult. Some oddities like having 2 middle names being querried, attachment not coming through to VisaHQ... but not really too important as can be done via emails. On the other hand the staff helping me at last have been very pleasant and tried to be helpful and quick in their email reactions.

According to CCL, Singaporeans applying for the China Visa do not need to submit travel and hotel itinerary. Because you asked for these documents the application was delayed by almost a week. Consequently, I had to upgrade the application to Urgent, costing more. Fees are somewhat expensive.

Might be handy to list information that might be required to complete application before filling in the blanks actually begins. Received one e-mail that indicates my Sri Lanka e-Visa is granted, and then several hours later another notification that there is an incomplete application to Sri Lanka.

I was misguided by google to your site, thinking that it was the oficial India Visa dept. The service was good, but I don´t see why we pay twice as much as the offical site. What kind of extra service did i get?

They didn't give me a visa that lasted long enough to get in the country but they took the time to figure it out and let me know what was happening during the whole process.
