Concern: Everyone has a photo on visa. I do not. I know it is requirement! Fear denied entry!!

There could have been better communication, I needed a single entry visa (not e-visa) to India. I was apparently incorrectly advised that the application should not be made until early October (travel end oct return end Dec). Once application put in it was amended to Multi-entry - despite your website telling us that we needed additional information to be submitted. When this was queried all we were told is that 'it cost the same'. This caused a lot more stress than was necessary. The Visa arrived within 10 days, but with an urgent deadline we were very worried, especially as even yesterday your online tracking system showed that it had not even been checked by you and submitted, which was clearly not the case. You are clearly very good at what you do, but your communication needs improvement.

I spoke to kind reps and impatient reps, all seemly named Carlos. The good Carlos’s rated a 5 and the impatient Carlos’s a 1. Let me explain, I am a 74 year old female who uses an iPad, quite well, I am planning an Around the World Birthday Trip for 75 with Airtreks, VisaHQ is their Go To for visas and I needed 2 for Vietnam and India for my husband and me. Nervous, anxious about the task, I needed help. The online reps were great, The uploads were unworkable, but Kateryna helped via email.

Clearer instructions and step by step process listed on the website or confirmation emails would avoid confusion for the customer. Helpful staff.

I have already written a review, not knowing that I have been overcharged, if the UK FCO office has a link directly to the Turkish visa website and the visa only costs $20. So I am now very unhappy even though this lot processed my visa, I feel ripped off having charged £33...why?

Amy was very nice and got back to me by email and phone but my friends and I all tried to ring the number before I emailed...and no answer...Amy explained they were out seeing embassies etc...but perhaps this needs to be clear on a message as my friends thought the office was no longer operating...also we had trouble with the website at the point of uploading scanned copy of passport...the alternative of emailing a scanned copy is not safe...and when I went to the office in person there was no signage on floor 16 on the glass doors as to what agencies were there...I am now waiting for the visa outcome so this review is a bit early...having gone to the office I realise you are a very small organisation...but the idea of this type of help is good for those of us sorting visas...

Well probably it’s because of frustration I don’t know but I believe the moment you make an appointment with the Visa Hq their job is to guide you and make sure your documentation is proper and ready to be submitted to the consulate.After going through the process and having all the documentation ready and well presentable I still had a Schengen Visa denial which until now I don’t understand why and how? Their reason was’The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable’ Well the reason why am still confused is that I had a travel agency do the bookings for me I mean everything so what exactly is their point I literally don’t get it. I think before documentation is handed over you thoroughly check again and again to make sure that all the documents are detailed and are good enough to support Visa approval. Which is the reason why I had to apply my visa through you so that I wouldn’t be disappointed . Now had to cancel my plans because of a reason of denial I have failed to understand. Unhappy

I don't find the uploading of documents user-friendly. I had to use email, and for that Yuliya was very prompt and friendly.

The services you provide are great. It's really helpful to have VisaHQ navigate the visa process for you. Customer service needs to be improved, though. When I call, it's very unprofessional. It sounds like some random guy sitting on the couch. It makes me question whether it's a legitimate company when I'm talking to customer service. More training is definitely needed in that department.
