The initial process was smooth, the agent explained everything in detail. But it looks they lost idea when the pass could be returned.

Service is fine but very expensive. For a $48 visa we got charged $196. If we knew that we can apply directly to Korean embassy then we would not have come to visa hq. Thanks

The user interface is confusing. There are "applicants" and "applications" for example even when logged in as one individual. Also no guidance is given in choosing among the confusing list of options for "purpose of visit". This option is also confused with "visa type". Mis-information about the option for an "electronic visa" is given -- in the FAQ it says in response to the question "do I have to mail my passport to you" that "visas to all countries require the passport to be in our possession". This would be a good place to mention the e-visa option which does NOT require physically mailing ANYTHING to you! Pricing info is hard to find or not available until well into the application process. Once I was able to figure out that an e-visa was an option for me and how to apply for it, the process was quite fast however, and questions were replied to quickly by email.

I double-checked all the documents required when mailing out to VisaHQ, but got noticed afterward I missed my green card copy. I am sure I had mailed it together, but I send a soft copy right away. I only got a confirmation email 3 days after I sent it. I had enough time to process the visa and was too busy to make a complaint, but it would have been a big problem if I had been in a hurry. I hope you improve lead time.

Fast response with queries, flexible delivery and collection. However, could have made requirements more clear (i.e. Was referred to another agency which had more documents required than stated on Visa HQ website, causing delays.)

The tracking system was not updated in my case and the return package was delivered after inquiries (later than expected). Multiple one year visa application was changed to double 3 months.

I was quite happy with the results that you people did for me was very unhappy with some of the things that happened to the process of getting it done trying to communicate with somebody that doesn't answer the phone was certainly very frustrating I had to clarify that my paperwork had to be signed by notary but was not able to contact anybody over the phone to get a simple answer I think you really need to step up to the plate and and give a 1-800 number to allow people to get answers I do realize that you probably do thousands of these every year but not being able to communicate and having to wait for emails from whoever was certainly not a good way of doing things I found it to be very frustrating but nobody would answer the phone I was very skeptical about sending my passport away for your people to do your jobs after being paid before the job is even done that concerns throughout the whole process but the end result was good so thanks for that

On line payment option did not work - needs to be improved. I had to pay in the VisaHQ bank account. Also, the response from VisaHQ after I made the payment was not prompt. I had to make several calls to VisaHQ and received an email response after 4 days.

The good was that in the end I got my visa application approved. There's a few less than desirable experiences throughout the process though: VisaHQ was a but ambiguous about some instructions such as the visa application picture--they gave zero instructions on what size to print them. Then when I asked what kind of paper to print all they said was photo glossy paper, so I did that. When they received my application, I got the notification that it was properly prepared and ready to be submitted. Later on though, it was apparently rejected by the consulate because of the picture. So, 1. this caused my application to be delayed by at least a day, and 2. VisaHQ is clearly not entirely knowledgeable about the Chinese Visa application process, in my experience, (which is what I payed for).

Ultimately, very good quality for the price. Several issues though. 1) It was difficult to get in contact with customer service. It took a long time to receive a reply over chat and the phone was only answered during very specific hours. 2) The forms did not fill in correctly through the simplified process (in my case, for the Chinese visa form). The simplified entry system sometimes populated the wrong information in a section of the form, or outright ignored very specific directions on the form. In my case, the form said to use all capital letters, but when the form populated with the information I provided, they were in a mix of capital and lowercase.

In some times I felt that they were sometimes lacking in information because in order to get an emergency appointment the officer in VisaHQ told me that there are no emergency appointment possible and I had to mail the embassy myself for that. They did help me but not as much as I would like them to considering the fee that they were getting.

Difficult to reach a person to talk with regarding my VISA applications. Prior years much better service. Must be reducing employees like many service companies and we are required to figure out ourselves the tasks at hand.
