“Your level of Customer Service has been such a breath of fresh air guys. You should be really proud of your team. Carlos (on the chat) was amazing, the emailed updates, the ease of communication btw myself and VisaHQ has been current, informative and has made this whole experience hassle free. But you know what the icing on the cake was - out of 8 companies I got in touch with about this Visa, yours was the only one that charged me the correct price (for an Australian passport holder looking for a Chinese Tourist visa). I’ve worked in the Travel Industry for 14 years. I know what Visas cost, but you guys had the integrity and knowledge to charge me the correct fee. This is why you got my business and why I will be recommending you to all my friends/family in the future. Please Please keep up the great work and continue to do what you do with integrity, strong communication and speed. It’s all it takes. Thank you again!”
