“Very helpful and accommodating CS and to mention Jenesis Galang who had been too kind enough who have assisted and had given me advise from the 1st time of enquiry. He may have not been my direct agent, he was still there to help out. I received my visa just over a week of my visa application submission. Although there was a small hiccup after the process but it all sorted on immediate action. Thank you x”

“The service at VisaHQ and Judelyn has been nothing short of wonderful and I am thrilled! I originally tried to use another provider (the big one) and was paying for their premium service. A full week had passed and I hadn't heard anything from them. That's when I found VisaHQ. Within hours of uploading my initial information, I was already receiving communication from a real person! And now, still less than 24 hours after my first upload, my packet is ready for me to mail in. I will only use VisaHQ in the future. Highly, highly recommend.”
