“Have not received package as yet,not sure what has happened”

“I chose Vitamin Grocer AU because I thought that the company was Australian. This assumption was based on the fact that it is called Vitamin Grocer Australia and the company URL ends in "au" denoting an Australian based company. I wanted an Australian based company so my purchase would arrive quickly. I ordered the product four weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I wrote two emails expressing my disappointment in the misleading nature of the business name and URL - I have not received a reply to these complaints.”

“You portray yourselves on line as an Aussie Co. but when the D3s I ordered hadn't come after many weeks, and I wrote asking why, you admitted you're selling them from America and thats why they're taking a long time. They still haven't come at this writing. I ordered from you because I thought you were in Australia. I wish you well but you should be honest about where your products have to come from.”

“Delivery time was very poor even considering covid. Four months from order to arrival. I was beginning to think it was a scam site. Ordered new vitamins from another supplier and the vitamin grocer ones arrived the next day. Products as advertised.”

“The website is great, the buying is easy, the product shows as being in stock ........., but you are not notified that the product is ex USA and there are shipping delays until after purchase. 4 weeks later and still no sign of the order. Appreciate that shipping is a worldwide problem so maybe the site needs to highlight what is locally available product?”
