“Item not received was taken by NZ Customs didnt realise we are not allowed Melatonin here might be good to put a warning on these products for customers so they dont waste there money :(”

“I find the service from your company good. However, your courier DHL lets you down badly. I have been waiting for one month now and the only info is that the order is on route. It seems my goods are still in USA somewhere. This is not the first time DHL have performed so poorly with my order. I really think you need to change couriers, I suspect others like me are thinking of buying elsewhere which does not help your sales. I don't blame your company but it is still very annoying.”
