“Still haven't received item”

“It has been almost two months still haven’t received this item. Have contacted your customer service twice and no response. Will make sure no one uses you guys ever, if you know where it is and can get it to me email me ash.nobari@gmail.com if you can’t get it to me give my money back you scammers”

“I ordered simple pills from this company nearly 6 weeks ago, only to then find out they were shipped by snail mail from the East Coast of the US. As at 23 December they have not arrived, forcing me to buy more expensive product from a local pharmacy. You promote yourself as as Australian supplier, then make customers wait while you find your product 5000 miles away!”

“Pretty cheeky to ask for a review when you haven't delivered it yet. Its been sitting in NZ awaiting delivery since 4 Dec, apparently because "NZ is currently experiencing backlogs on packages from the USA, so the consignment may just delayed through customs/the shipping lines." Although I haven't seen it reported in the media. I have had a pretty poor shipping experience with VG on most of my orders.”
