“I ordered simple pills from this company nearly 6 weeks ago, only to then find out they were shipped by snail mail from the East Coast of the US. As at 23 December they have not arrived, forcing me to buy more expensive product from a local pharmacy. You promote yourself as as Australian supplier, then make customers wait while you find your product 5000 miles away!”

“7 weeks since ordering and it hasn't arrived. Contacted vitamin grocer au that just replied other new zealand customers have had the same issue!! Clearly not coming so waste of $100 never received”

“Pretty cheeky to ask for a review when you haven't delivered it yet. Its been sitting in NZ awaiting delivery since 4 Dec, apparently because "NZ is currently experiencing backlogs on packages from the USA, so the consignment may just delayed through customs/the shipping lines." Although I haven't seen it reported in the media. I have had a pretty poor shipping experience with VG on most of my orders.”
