“We could not have asked for any more help than was given! Gordon, our local salesman, was excellent and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure that my mother got exactly the correct chair for her. “Superb service from Maintenance Dept when 97 year old mother's stair lift packed up half way upstairs. They were there following morning and replaced/recharged battery and got it going. A big thank you. David Withey for Margaret Withey, Goldsborough.”

“I liked the range of options that my Mother had regarding her wheelchair. Unfortunately, the brake mechanism broke after only a couple of weeks. It took a long time to procure the part and come out to fit it. When the mechanic arrived, it appeared the wrong part had been ordered in spite of having sent a photo through. This was quite annoying as I had taken time off to be there for it to be fitted. It took another 7-10 days to get the correct part. Post sales service could be much sharper.”

“I recently worked alongside Padraig to find a chair that would accomodate the multiple needs of a lady with MND. Padraig took such time and patience achieving a perfect fit which even took into account the likely progression of her condition. This was all done at very short notice so i think your admin staff did a bit of work rescheduling Padraigs diary too Unfortunately I was unable to attract funding but my client lathough disappointed did sy that she had had a lovely day at Yorkshire Care”
