"The care and compassion and help given right from even my first email to the company .Everyone I made contact with in the office were so helpful and had empathy \r\nThe quickness of the assesment appointment which was carried out by Harry Seville and his professionalism care and knowledge his raptor with Oswald my brother was amazing he treat him as the human being he is.\r\nAnd very understanding of the position we as s family were in.Again the help and advise he give us was above and beyond.\r\nAnd when after getting no further with our services here and it looked as if the chair the had given him was totally unsuitable and going to be repaired we were given a Gift from friends to buy the chair and although we expected a week for delivery it was there within two days no problems at all and Harry was there to adjust and advise and we know we can contact at any time for help \r\nWe would never hesitate to recommend Vivid vote the company is marvelous and the people are stars as far as we are concerned we can't say thank you enough .Oswald keeps asking can he go back in it he is so comfortable and he is certainly in the correct position for his body .Thank you"

"You were great in working out what would work best for my brother. He and his carers love the new wheelchair. \r\n\r\nBut the delay in the manufacture of the wheelchair was a huge problem, made worse by them not keeping us up to date with delays in manufacturing. But you did all you can to find out what the situation was. "

"A Raizer m chair was purchased, we had great advice and support from our initial enquiry stage including an in store demonstration, and followed by arranging delivery to family in Northern Ireland. Online zoom support offered to family in Northern Ireland as well, however the videos were ample to work it out. The chair was used twice within a week of delivery and worked well enabling our elderly mum to be lifted by one person after 2 falls. Thanks especially to Maxine for her friendly help and advice And demonstrating by lifting me up of the floor. "

With Bob having spent the past 10 months in bed, and all the problems that caused him, our daughter searched for a solution online and found the Lento Care Chair - it looked perfect for his needs. We phoned and made enquires - it sounded perfect for his needs. We ordered it and it arrived the very next day - and it is perfect for his needs. The chair is well made, adjustable, comfortable, easy to manoeuvre, goes through all our doorways easily and is good to look at. Graham has been so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and we are thrilled as Bob now gets up in his chair every day, he’s comfortable, well supported and back in the hub of his family again, thank you so much
