“Easy parking. We met three different members of staff who were all most helpful. They even agreed that one of the less expensive items would suit and it has proved ideal. We were interested in stair lifts and bathroom innovations. These were demonstrated fully, even though we are not yet ready to install. Excellent. Christine Burgess”

“I have nothing but praise for this company. I use them regularly for equipment every 2 or 3 months when my husband and I travel up to Yorkshire from Kent to a little cottage where we stay in Whitby .. Our equipment has always been delivered before our arrival and duly collected after our return home. The customer service is excellent, the staff are friendly, helpful and respectful of any needs I may have. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to anyone should they ever require their service.”

“Picked up a wheelchair to use while on a short break in Harrogate. Staff very helpful. The only problem I had was that they were closed on the Sunday.”
