“Excellent service, price comparable to other companies. Although the photographs in the brochure are deceiving they show cream coloured tracks when in fact they are aluminium so stand out and are quite ugly would have liked to have been pre warned.”

Good Morning Mrs Brown, Thanks very much for your review, and we’re really glad you found our service excellent! On the track colour, we have studied our brochure in detail and we think because of the cream wall background it is deceiving to the eye, when in fact it is a silver coloured track. “Recently did a joint assessment with paidreg for the Silverlea Toileting sling. Paidreg was excellent in; dealing with the customers and had excellent knowledge of the product and it's application. The assessment was successful in identifying the right sling and Paidreg liased with his manager who permitted him to leave the sling based on a verbal agreement that funding would be guaranteed ! A phone call to my manager was made to confirm this and the sling was left, ready to be used. This removed the risk of using an old toileting sling that was no longer safe- a better nights sleep was had.”

“Yesterday I visited the Harrogate showroom and was looking for a rollator. I was helped by sales specialist Gary who was extremely helpful and spent a long time going through my requirements and I eventually chose the Rollz 2-in-1 rollator/wheelchair which fitted the bill perfectly. This is an amazing product it is strong and comfortable and will be so useful most especially on holidays. I can't thank Gary enough as it is so essential to have knowledgeable help. This company is the best!”

“First class excellent service. From our first visit we were made to feel welcome and valued. Products were demonstrated and discussed. David was very knowledgeable and spent time with us to make sure we got the right product and helped us make our decision without any pressure. David went out of his way to ensure we received the E Fix wheelchair before we went away on our holiday, despite a very tight deadline. We were kept informed of the order progress regularly due solely to David’s hard work the wheelchair arrived in plenty of time for our holiday. On collection we were given a full demonstration and are delighted with everything about the chair.”
