Vodacom Pre-Paid service is amazing, specifically the Vodapay app, for once there is a South African company that is actually monetizing rewards to users. I just had lunch on Vodacoms account using a free voucher I earned. Well Done Vodacom Pre Paid and Vodapay. you are years in front of the competition.

We have visited Vidacom branch at Hypermarket on at least 5 occasions.....we have always left tye store completely satisfied with the service, expertise and assistance we received at that store. The staff is competent and always ready to assist you...They realy go the extra mile to ensure you get attended to promptly and satisfied. Just last week we visited the Hyoermarket store again and was assisted by Jenny, a young enthusiastic lady with a wrlcuminv smile...she realy Madd us feel comfortable and sorted out our phone problems in no time.....will definitely use them when we need assistance.

Even though I canceled my expired vodacom contract,they still handed me over to MBD lawyers, took me a year to resolve ,they told me it was the fault of their 3rd party in call centre,not even an apology. Worst service provider in South Africa .Never deal with Vodacom ever.

My name is Cleo i want to take this time and thank one of Vodacom employees Wendall Deuparsad. She is professional, co-operative and dedicated. it is very rare to find a committed person these days but what i experienced few weeks ago it was magnificent. I was so impressed with Wendall's behavior her skills and positive traits was phenomenal. I was super angry at Vodacom because I personally went to the branch and i was told my number was locked but when i called my number it was ringing but my sim card was with me. How can Vodacom be so careless someone sim swop my number of many years..my number was ringing somewhere but the system had my information I was leaving Vodacom but because of Wendall Deuparsad from Vodacom KingShaka International Airport i gave Vodacom another chance. Wendall Vodacom should be proud of you... you are the best

Today I was assisted by Olinka and Tina at the V&A Waterfront store Cape Town, I am absolutely impressed by the amazing service displayed by these ladies. The patience and effort made an absolute difference to my customer experience and they managed to multi-task quite efficiently. Thank you again!!! Very happy after having been an MTN customer for 20years.

Well done to the Vodacom team at the Boardwalk Mall, in particular Chandre who went the 'extra mile' to assist me with an upgrade. From our initial meeting she followed up, offered solutions and ensured that I was 100% satisfied. The whole team deserves a big 'thumbs up' for always being friendly and NOTHING is too much trouble. Such a pleasure doing business with this outlet!

I must commend vodacom constantia, in the western cape, for their impeccable service once again. My wife and i have had our contract with vodacom for the last 11 or 12yrs now., Its only the last 4yrs now that we renewed our contract at the constantia store. The staff are helpfull, friendly and know their product range. The manager of the store runs an excellent ship., and this yr, the salesman Nasmie helped us with renewing our contract and getting us,.... my wife and i our perspective phones, the htc wildfire e1, and the nokia 2.4., Both these phones were not instore, but were advertised in the vodacom 4u 'booklet'. Unlike the other vodacom stores we went to, that did'nt have phones instore either, and tried to persuade us take the latest samsung phones on promotion., where-as Nazmie respected our choice of mobile phones, and told us that he would 'order' the phones in from the warehouse. This he did, and we recieved them within 7working days. Nazmie and the staff of the constatia definately know thier 'stuff' and are the most friendliest, helpful and enthusiastic sales people! Five Stars all the way, thku kindly., regards mr & mrs dewet stevens, cape town...

What an amazing experience..I went to Vodacom store in golden Acre(the one opposite traders) I was helped by a wonderful gentleman named Matthew he was patient and kind . He never got tired of all my questions. I live close to other stores but surely will go all the way there. In this time of covid19 people are impatient scared and frustrated thank you Matthew your kindness makes it bearable. Keep up the good work. And stay as humble as you are...God bless you

I have been a Vodacom customer for many years. The initial service I received from Vodacom Phoenix last November was extremely bad. It took more than a month for me to receive my fibre. Every time I called the store the lady who was handling my account continuously said that my fibre contact has been escalated and could not provide a proper reason. Over a month I heard the same thing and she made no attempt to contact me and advise what was going on. I became so frustrated that I went to the store to find out exactly what was going on. The lady who was supposed to be assisting me was still of no help at all. I then spoke to the Manager Bilal who actually explained to me what was happening. He was really helpful and called me back the same afternoon to give me feedback. Within 3 day he had sorted out the query and kept me updated with everything that was going on. I was happy to finally receive good service.

Dear service provider. I can't wait for my contact to end in September 2022. Good vs Bad... I am a Vodacom user since the early 90's, but.. there is always a but.. But to be honest! Your network is below the minimum standard... I can't even use all my data.. due to 80% no network.. my wife with a 10 GIG data contract are having a surplus of 140 Gig.. This is causing a fustration in my business and a security risk.. during emergency. 1. The "bad" we pay for your LACK of ACCOUNTABILITY.. your lines are so busy with complaints it's a waist of time calling. 2. The "good" you receive towards agreement.. if people don't pay you cut the service and take legal action. My conclusion; VODACOM is absent ON DUTY.... With respect your network is worsening. Do I have the proof to make this statement..? Yes, I stay in Mpumalanga within the same small town for 27 years. VODACOM moved for HERO to ZERO Many people in our area are waiting for contracts to end... Good luck

My mother (90 years of age) has had a prepaid phone with no internet connections with vodacom for plus minus 20 years. In Feb we loaded R300.00 on her airtime. Begining of March she had to go to hospital and her phone was switched off. Mid April I put her phone on her bal was R5.00 odd I loaded another R200.00 on her phone and check her balance, she had R34.00. I went to a vodacom shop and they informed me she had 2 subscriptions on her phone which we immediately cancelled. A lady from Vodacom contacted me to say they would refund her airtime on her phone with R175.00 which I disputed as it had cost R500.00 in the past 2 months. Needless to say she has not yet been refunded. Vodacom have 3rd party partners which Vodacom charge the customer for and no one realises that they are being charged for subscriptions especially on prepaid. This is daylight thieving

Vodacom as a network is a poor network provider with very poor customer service!. I opened a Vodacom fiber contract a year ago and closed the account but it still shows as arrears on my credit score, i have called several times for them to fix the matter and no one has been helpful. I also took out a voucher advance for R300 and was charged R500. Still no one was able to assist me in this matter!. I WILL NEVER ASSOCIATE WITH SUCH A POOR SERVICE PROVIDER AGAIN!

Change your email address on the app (because the functionality is there and we live in a tech-savvy era) yet.... no statement and when you call in you are told, you NEED to call in to change your details... The customer service bot is useless... it gives you stupid options and answers, that don't help at all and no option to speak to a consultant when you call... or chat via the app... you NEED to access Vodacom's website to get the option to speak to a consultant - if you are lucky... Quick to take your money and sell you something new, with no regard for after sales service or actual customer support...

terrible service , rate them 0%. how difficult is it to cancel my contracts. upgrading my contract without my consent. consultants lying to consumers . i am lost for words, pathetic service. on hold for 55 minutes

No words can describe my experience with Vodacom. They should close shop and leave. They are the worst service provider and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Very very disappointed...I bought a screen protector at Vodacom "Ultra Tempered glass" and before end of the week the screen protector started cracking on its own and I went to the branch and I was told that they are waiting for someone to confirm and waited for like 5 weeks without any response...I went back and I was told that they can not change the screen protector because they are assuming that I broke it on purpose...I am very disappointed
