Worst customer experience ever!!! Decided to move away from virgin do to the big increase in price. Decided for Vodafone as my mobile internet works great with them and price was decent. When I called to become client they were eager to take details and of course they mentioned we will deal with everything. Called a couple of days before installing to say that virgin is not saying anything regarding a cancellation. They say they can’t cancel Virgin and i need to do it myself. I tell them that was not mentioned. They reply we will listen to the recordings and will call you back in two hours. No phone call! Call back and tell them I dont think this is starting well and I want to cancel and not proceed with the installation of broadband. Answer we cant as it is 48 hours before the installer. I tell them I wont let them in. Get transferred to a different department and get told that is fine I should give him my broadband router and that everything will get cancelled as the broadband never got installed. Month later got my first bill!!!!! Called back and after 1 hour they couldn't see in the system that the installer hadn’t installed broadband and for them it was active!!! They were going to cancel and would let me know if they could cancel the invoice!!!! Got a message this morning if I can call them!!! Worst ever avoid at all cost. At the end got an offer from Virgin and sticking with them

Trying to cancel home broadband contract turned out a nightmare and ended up paying some additional service charges that I shouldn’t have needed to. Guess they are like a lot of companies that make it difficult to terminate in the hope that you won’t go but wrong as much out of you if you do go

Why do you make it so hard to get in touch? You email me recently saying i owe you money but dont say what its for and as I am no longer a customer I can't log in to my account to check. I call your phone number whiich is an automated system and is awful to use with limited options for what I needed. Finally I get though to someone who is rude and won't give me his name and after asking for my name won't speak to me as I don't remember my pin number even though I can confirm who I am from DOB and address etc.....then told I have to go to a local store with ID to sort it out. I don't even know the email sent to me is genuine......JOKE!

They never set up my account correctly, admitted that to me and then tried to blame it on Carphone Warehouse as order was placed through them. When contract is finished, if they give me an S10 or iphone 11 for £10 a month, I would not take it. No clue on customer service or satisfaction

After 6 years with them I’m leaving rude unhelpful customer service they charge too much for phones same xr u buy from them 49 pounds no loyalty discounts anything thrown in and same exact phone if u get from car phone warehouse ! And choose Vodafone as network provider u pay nearly less then half ! Use logic their ripping off customers shame on Vodafone taking both my line rentals with me

I have been charged for overseas us that I never signed up for and never used, customer service just don't want to know. Next step, Buy 1 Vodafone share which as a share holder entitles me to attend the AGM, They will hear my complaint then even if I have to shout from the back of the room

SHOCKING AND FRUSTRATING BROADBAND SERVICE. I would not advise anyone to subscribe to or purchase any Vodafone services. Especially Vodafone Broadband products. I have been a loyal customer with Vodafone for years now and since starting a new contract with them a month ago I have spent hours on the phone to their tech team with little or no long term solutions. 1. My router line was not connected to my router on installation, hour or so on Phone to tech team . 2. My devices that connected to my old voda router do not automatically connect. Still not working properly 3. I am told different things when when speaking to advisors. 4. I have been promised a call back by their service agent and had no such call or feedback on my ongoing complaint that has been pending for some weeks now. 5. The broadband app does not always work and is currently offline for me. 6. I cannot chat to anyone as they are too busy for me. Probably inundated with complaints. Bottom line, thoroughly unimpressed and have requested a cancellation immediately. I will not waste any more time or money with them. (I never normally vent on social media but people need to be made aware that this company will over promise and massively underdeliver). Save yourself grief, vodafone have not shown me they care about me as a customer.

I donot know how it is allowed to even operate. Its licence needs to be cancelled. The customer and technical services is not only incompetent but also repeatedly gives false information and falsifies transcripts .

Living a billing nightmare with Vodafone for the past two months. In a series of "errors" made by Vodafone employees over the time I was trying to purchase a mobile wifi hub for my flat, I was "sold" 3 mobile hubs and lines, resulting in hundreds of pounds of extra charges on my bill, which I have been fighting bi-weekly with Vodafone staff. Finally was offered a refund Nov 14 and told it would arrive in 3-7 business days. No refund has materialised, and in the meantime, my service is continually shut off for non-payment of the current month's bill (which I won't pay until my refund has cleared). As a cherry on top, Vodafone apparently sent £30 of debt to the debt collectors at Ardent, who I now have to deal with as well. From which bill and for which reason this debt was passed to collection, I can't find out from them or Ardent. Awful awful service, will be cancelling all of my services with them as soon as possible.

ported myself from them after finishing my 2 years contract and paying on time everytime a big amount. For 1 week i have my phone blocked with vodafone and despite my multiple attempts to reach out to them and get the needed codes they ignore my requests. Well up yours, Vodafone!

VODAFONE UK should be under fraud investigation in my opinion. Please STAY CLEAR!!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES... I Honestly don't think anyone there knows what they're doing! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY'

I prchase a device on contract with this company a few weeks ago. the device has a 3 ear warranty with it however the company is refusing to allow me to get my device signal issue fixed saying "its not their problem" court proceedings have to started for breach of contract. STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE best advice i can give

I couldn't log in to my account. It took them ages to get me logged on, via chat line. After I had followed instructions and managed to login they sent another password and I could no longer login again. I have already moved 2 phone accounts away from Vodafone and the remaining 2 will move very shortly when contract up.

OMG!!!!! This company has the worst business model ever. If you have a mobile phone contract with them (without phone advantage), and you change provider, but don't leave them a notice of 30 days, they debit you on a prorata basis what you should have paid them. Lucky me, I don't leave a big amount of money on my account for the month, they tried to debit €377. Apart from that, their customer care reps have a poor english, and I asked one of them if I could speak to a manager, she replied "no". I was fuming. RIP Vodafone.

Been with them for 20 years and have 3 contract phones with them. Paying slightly over the odds, given the way prices have come down but lacked the inertia to move. Then this month I discovered they had put all 3 contracts up by 40% !! Didn't have the courtesy to tell me - they just did it. That made them about twice as expensive as the same level of service on the open market. Currently in the process of moving all 3 away from them, and even that they are terrible at. You're meant to send an SMS request and they are required to give you a PAC code within 60 seconds. Vodafone thinks this doesn't apply to them and reply saying you'll need to phone them instead - then put all sorts of obstacles in your way. Don't even think of taking out service with them. Nasty company.
