“Matt was super helpful and responsive to my questions and helped us feel confident in buying from Voltage. Matt also helped make sure my site was ready for installation. Shipping was fast and everything was very well packed. The machine came in great condition and the technician sent to install it was knowledgeable, on-time and generally excellent to work with. A water hose was missing from the kit, thankfully I had something on hand, but I’m not gonna knock a star off because I feel confident the situation would have been resolved if it needed to be. As a residential setup I was a little nervous purchasing a commercial machine, but both Matt and Mike, the technician, were extremely easy to work with.”

“I recently bought a coffee machine and some other items for my coffee shop. I searched local distributors, local store and online for the best pricing and I found it with Voltage. I am very stoked on the pricing I got. But more importantly, Matt at Voltage was very knowledgeable on the equipment he was selling. He helped guide me into the right stuff with the budget I had to work with. Great customer service, lots of knowledge and great pricing is what Voltage has to offer. I recommend highly, very easy to work with!”

“I called to confirm stock on hand and shipping time as well as with a few model specific questions and the gentleman I spoke with was polite and very helpful. He was able to get me the info I needed right away and after placing my order online, I was pleased to see that it shipped same day and is due to arrive at my location tomorrow!! “Fast delivery - part was perfect and allowed me to connect my water filtration setup to my espresso maker. The technician I spoke with was VERY helpful - he let me text him images of my braided hoses and adapters, he checked the manufacturers websites for each of the components' specs and helped me confirm I was ordering the correct part. He must have spent 20 minutes total just to help me buy a single plumbing adapter. Very much appreciated!”
