“The items were very nice and of a good quality, however the delivery was expensive at £150. The delivery was very slow too and I had to enquire after several weeks for an update. The delivery cost and time are the only things which would put me off ordering from the voyage outlet in future.”

I believe you were speaking to a member of the customer service team this morning and were advised that your goods were only booked back into our warehouse on the 20th of October. As our Terms & Conditions state, all refunds will be issued within 14 days of Voyage receiving the goods back in our warehouse. I can confirm that your refund has now been issued and should show on your original method of payment in the next 3-5 working days.

“Lovely items in every category, but transport costs too high on furniture items.
Purchased chair in sale in September but expected delivery date is December - not really satisfactory -assumed item was in stock, but advised that chair was going to be manufactured.
Don't think I will buy online again due to high delivery charges.”

As stated in out Terms & Conditions, refunds will be issued within 14 days of the goods arriving back at our warehouse. We received your returned goods back on the 17th of October and have issued the refund today. This should show on your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
