“So disappointed,the lamp base is far bigger than the image on your site tends to show,and the condition of it ..under normal circumstances we would return,the lampshade is ok,luckily both arrived ok,as the delivery driver dropped the package for height as he took it out of the van.The lamp base you think we had is not the one.”

“I ordered six items, all of which were lovely but unfortunately one, a lamp, wasn’t suitable. However got huge shock when went to return as quoted £30 at post office so felt no choice but to keep the item. My own fault for not reading the returns policy but given it’s an on line outlet I would be reluctant to use again.”

“I've bought a few things from Voyage Outlet and have been very pleased with the quality and price of my purchases. I have seen Voyage Maison products in quite a few high end shops and the savings you get buying from the outlet is quite significant. I recently bought a lamp and shade and it arrived quickly and was very well packaged, and it looks lovely in my sitting room.”

“Sadly I never did get to see the lampshade as DPD pretended to try to deliver 3 times even though the pictures were not of my house or anywhere that I recognised locally. Despite this & despite asking if another service could be used I was told only DPD was the only option. Disappointed with lack of flexibility.”
