“So disappointed,the lamp base is far bigger than the image on your site tends to show,and the condition of it ..under normal circumstances we would return,the lampshade is ok,luckily both arrived ok,as the delivery driver dropped the package for height as he took it out of the van.The lamp base you think we had is not the one.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into your order and do apologize that DPD attempted to deliver to the incorrect address and then subsequently lost your order. A replacement was offered but as this was not suitable to you, a full refund was given.
