“The lamp was shown on a side table in advert?however the lamp is too big for a side table. The base was large and the shade was too large for the base. Cost me almost £14 to send shades back. (I ordered 2) I kept both bases.Yet to sort out suitable shades for them.”

“I ordered 2 cushions to match others I had but on arrival the material to the back of the cushion had changed to a different fabric, I returned the items but it then took a full 14 days to refund following receipt of the item at their depot.
I did call but was curtly told to wait 14 days as in terms and conditions.
Due to this I probably would order again as I do feel that it’s poor customer service in regard to the time for a refund.
In addition there in no mention that the reverse fabric may change and therefore I’m £10 plus out of pocket for postage due to this.”
“Not sure what happened, we tried to return the lampshade to you……and it was returned to us the following week. We are in the midst of a house renovation and will try to return again this week. Have bought Voyage from a local supplier, and love it.”
