“I purchased eight cushions all in from Voyage Outlet l have got to say I was delighted with my purchases they were done separately four and four ,the quality of the fabric would be hard to beat .They are so soft and luxurious to touch and the finishing on them was of the highest quality .They were delivered when I was told they would be they were very well packaged the only thing I was a bit unhappy with was I had to pay delivery charge but would I buy from them again most definately ,keeping my eye on their offers 😁”

“If you'd asked me a few weeks ago, to review this company, it would have been 5 star glowing review. However, how things have changed. I have literally, spent hundreds of £'s with this company, over a short few months. Love their stuff. Sadly, when it comes to customer services, they let themselves down massively. A few weeks ago, i ordered 3 table lamps and shades. 2 arrived very quickly. 1 was missing. No note in box to say why it was missing, nothing. So i email them, to be told theres a hold up with third items. I will receive it in 2-3 weeks. Ok, fine, not a problem. Three weeks on, i get notification from courier, to say item on its way. Great ! Huge box arrives, which is very light and makes me question, if its empty. I open box to find lamp shade, but no lamp base hmmmm. Again no note to say why. I email them again and get told to wait another 24 hours, as items were sent in two seperate boxes. Ok, fine, great. I wait, nothing. I contact them again and this time im told " Just checked photo of delivery and the box is very large. Are you sure there was only a lamp shade in the box?" Thats where everything changed ! In my book, the lovely Lauren, is trying to say, " are you pulling a fast one" Since then and after many ignored emails, i get a phone call from them, apologising and saying item will be sent right away and they will give me full tracking details. That was 5 days ago. Not heard a dicky bird since. They completly ignore all communication. So what do i do next? Answers on a postcard ! I did like this company, i now hate them and will never buy from them again. Just to add, still waiting for refund, it was happening, then got delayed, then they ignored me. Ive now contacted consumer advice, and its looking like i need to contact my solicitor, to take things further. Watch this space ! Update......still waiting for refund, like getting blood from a stone, been well over 6 weeks, and they keep telling me refund on its way. Think is coming via a slow boat from China ! My solicitor is waiting for nod from me, to send them a letter. A road i didnt want to go down, but feel like ive no option

An email to customer service did see the correct items being delivered within a week (once I had sent a photo of the incorrect items) but I had to return the incorrect items by courier at my own cost (£12).
Can't fault the design and quality of the items (lampshades) but the company could do better in terms of fulfilling orders correctly in the first instance. Overall a mixed experience.”
“The product is great but the delivery and communication originally was poor. Almost 6 weeks waiting for the product and I had to chase them. There was no communication which if something is delayed, you expect as a customer. Once the product finally arrived, they had only sent half of it, so again, I had to contact them. As much as I like the product I won’t be ordering from them again.”
