“Wrong item sent.Item By the time it arrived item I wanted had sold out. After emailing Returns team paid for return of items. I asked if free gift should be returned via email...my question was not answered. As a result iI kept free gift and was charged for it..wish I had left well alone. Will be reluctant to purchase again.”
