“Wrong item sent.Item By the time it arrived item I wanted had sold out. After emailing Returns team paid for return of items. I asked if free gift should be returned via email...my question was not answered. As a result iI kept free gift and was charged for it..wish I had left well alone. Will be reluctant to purchase again.”

“I ordered 3 items from Voyage. When they arrived one of them was the incorrect pattern. I contacted them and was looked after really well with the correct item being despatched at one. Would happily order again as the quality is superb”
