Some nice items, but hopeless search facility.
I ordered 2 items, only got 1 sent and although I was refunded, first it took some time and second I noticed the item supposedly ‘out of stock’ still advertised later the same week.
But my greatest criticism is the postage; they wanted £13.95 for a basket of items just over £35. Needless to say I left it and was pestered by emails thereafter. Why not do as other stores do and either have a well advertised (and low) price over which postage is free, say £30, or have a set price for whatever you buy say £3.95. Makes a mockery of the so-called bargains. It’s unlikely I would buy again and I certainly would not recommend.”
