“Unfortunately, I am unable to review the product as I have not yet received it. It is now eleven days since I placed my order for one small fabric sample. I can't imagine what is taking so long. Previously, when I have placed large orders, the items have arrived within two days. Voyage, this is not your usual standard.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I have looked into this for you and the sample was dispatched to you on the 18th of August. Postage can normally take 3-5 days but this should have been delivered to you by now. It looks like this has been lost in transit. I have today, ordered you a replacement sample which will get sent First Class and have also refunded you for the original value of your order. Please accept my apologies for the delay. “I love this company and its amazing quality products. I can recommend them 100% having bought curtains, fabric, cushions, throws, framed prints, wallpaper, mirrors, lighting and accessories over recent months. Every item is carefully packaged and exactly as described.”

“High quality design at realistic prices . Furnishing a house from scratch …voyage outlet is the way to go. As a C&G qualified in upholstery and soft furnishings I know these items will last and wear well.”

“I simply LOVE LOVE LOVE the beautiful items I bought from Voyage Outlet. Firstly, the service is first class and very quick. The items are stunningly beautiful and of extremely high quality. The cushions I bought have transformed our rooms - I have them in both our bedrooms and our living room - and they are beautiful and so colourful. I find myself staring at them quite often. I cannot recommend Voyage Maison highly enough. Thank you!”

“I ordered a lampshade and doorstop to go with a cushion that I purchased about 2 years ago. The quality of the products is excellent, and what a bonus to find what I wanted in the outlet! Lovely designs that echo the Scottish landscape, done with finesse rather than a parody of the past. Easy to order but lampshades do take a couple of weeks as made to order.”

“All the fabric I have bought is excellent, HOWEVER now that you have decided to charge £30 for postage to the Scottish Islands I won't be ordering anything else from you ! It is ridiculous that you send every indivdual piece of fabric on a 150cm cardboard roll ! It isn't cosf effective or environmentally friendly”
