“Unfortunately, I am unable to review the product as I have not yet received it. It is now eleven days since I placed my order for one small fabric sample. I can't imagine what is taking so long. Previously, when I have placed large orders, the items have arrived within two days. Voyage, this is not your usual standard.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I have looked into this for you and the sample was dispatched to you on the 18th of August. Postage can normally take 3-5 days but this should have been delivered to you by now. It looks like this has been lost in transit. I have today, ordered you a replacement sample which will get sent First Class and have also refunded you for the original value of your order.
