Very disappointed that I was lied to twice. Talked over on 3rd call , felt I had no choice but to cancel and get refund. Please in future don’t say your call back in 15 mins and not call. Don’t lie to customers by saying you have the order when you know you haven’t. I would have waited if told the truth in the first place as I love these cushions.”

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. I can see that you have spoken to one of my colleagues regarding this on the 3rd of March. This fabric was purchased as clearance fabric. We do issue a disclaimer on all clearance fabric which states the below.
"Please note that colours may not match the product image exactly due to varying printing processes. The items in our Fabric Clearance Basket have not met our stringent colour quality standards or may have minor marks or slight imperfections. This is reflected in the pricing. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns"
