“The lamp I ordered is beautiful but the customer service is very poor. I had to chase them several times regarding delivery and they do not respond to emails. Promised delivery of 7 days turned into 4 weeks”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback.
I have had a look in our mailbox and can see that you sent three emails in January to us and every email has had a response with 24 hours. If there were other emails that were sent then I do apologise but it doesn't seem that we have recieved them.
Just a note on our lead-times. We quote a lead time of up to three weeks for despatch of our lighting and a further 3-5 days for delivery. We try to make this as clear as possible on our site at point of ordering and also in our Terms & conditions but I will look into seeing if we can make this any clearer.

“Contacted Voyage Outlet as the delivery company said they tried to deliver (we were in all day) and as we weren't in they were sending the package back to VO. They immediately resent the cushions and we received them a few days later. Excellent customer service and the cushions are brilliant- very good quality and exactly as described.”
