Unfortunately, we have never received an email from you regarding your order. if you can resend the email to voyageoutlet@voyfab.co.uk, we will look in to this as a matter of urgency. If your items were faulty, upon receiving picture proof, we would have either replaced these for you or refunded you in full including your carriage so its a shame that we didn't have a conversation about this before you disposed of them.
