“Thank you to Chris for sorting my refund and exchange it took a while but thats down to reduced staff because of covid.was kept informed by emails and impressed by the clothing when I recieved to correct size”

“Support is excellent and here is what happened. I made a mistake in product size and I placed the order. However, I contacted the customer support and they acted very fast and solved my problem smoothly. Thank you Mr. Immanuel for helping me out. Prices I believe they are reasonable. Their fabric is great I have used a jogger for more than a year and it has not changed even after several washing.”

“Thank you VQ for a great customer service. The response was quick and I was able to cancel my order before it was dispatched. I ordered items for a gift, and found out in the meantime that the person I got the present for doesn’t like one item. So I contacted VQ customer service and Immanuel cancelled my entire order immediately. Big thanks to Immanuel for his help, and to Vanquish Fitness for excellent customer service. Now I am ready to make another order with the right items!”
