“I ordered 4 T-shirts from Vanquish Fitness. Unfortunately, by mistake, only 3 pieces were sent to me. I contacted customer support and Chris was able to help me immediately. After a short check he sent me a replacement order with the missing t-shirt as express delivery. This also arrived directly after one day. I am also very satisfied with the products!”

“Received an order from Vanquish earlier on today. After viewing the products I noticed a mark on one of the tops. After a quick email to customer services to make them aware a short while later Chelsea replied and offered two options. A gift card including the shipping price or a replacement item. Can’t thank her enough, in the past dealing with other company’s to get a refund it can take days and days with vanquish it was a matter on minutes. Will 10000% recommend!!”

“I have bought a few items now from vanquish and the quality and fit are superb . Recently I had an issue with one of my items . I e mailed vanquish on the Saturday and by the Sunday they had resolved the issue and already arranged to have the item replaced . The customer service from Immanuel was so efficient and dealt with it without any fuss whatsoever. I would recommend vanquish for great quality and customer service .”

“I have had an issue with my order and the company contacted me the same day as my email explaining what my issue was. They resolved it very quick. The customer service was excellent. I am so pleased with the quality of the clothes for training in and for general wear. They fit so well. I would say I am a normal build and 5ft8 and the medium is a great fit. The material is soft and flexible. I would 100% be buying more.”
