“I reached out to Vanquish Fitness after a small hole appeared 6 weeks after purchase of what have been my favorite pair of weight lifting pants. I emailed customer service a picture. Chris from Customer Service responded in less than an hour. A replacement pair was sent at no charge, no questions asked. This company is committed to taking care of their customers. Buy with confidence.”

“Very unhappy with the return process. Cumbersome, no label attached to package, you have to find it on the website somewhere and then fill it in by hand. Also the costs for returning from abroad to UK are immensely high, you have to pay it yourself. So whereas most companies either charge you for sending OR returning, Vanquish does so for both. And the return costs are high!! So I will not order here anymore.”

“Been buying products from vq for years since i first saw them with a small stand at bodypower expo in Birmingham. Amazing quality and great fit. My most recent order required me to return some items to exchange for different sizes and Chris was very helpful. Chris sorted the refund and exchange within 24 hours of me sending the package. Highly recommend VQ fitness.”
