“Very unhappy with the return process. Cumbersome, no label attached to package, you have to find it on the website somewhere and then fill it in by hand. Also the costs for returning from abroad to UK are immensely high, you have to pay it yourself. So whereas most companies either charge you for sending OR returning, Vanquish does so for both. And the return costs are high!!
So I will not order here anymore.”
