I have been waiting for my order for more than 1 month. On their page it says it should take a few working days (I'm in Europe). Worst customer support I've seen. I made multiple requests to them to look into this issue and check with the delivery company but the only response I get from them is some standard template text saying they are taking care of it in x days, but in fact nothing is happening. I've requested them to refund my money but they stopped replying after that. It's my first order from them, but also the last for sure.

This company literally stole my money This company literally stole my money . I bought a pairs of joggers back in December and I return them by certify post and I know they got the package back three weeks ago. I contact them twice nobody have contact me back . I gonna write a full review in google with pictures and everything I have !

They do not return the money Good quality clothing, but customer service is terrible, there is no exact description of oversize clothing. the customer has to pay for the return of the Clothing himself and, in addition, they do not return the money :( Claim submitted to the bank

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my package now. They stay posting on their instagrams but ignore their customers trying to reach out to them.

Ordered 4 items, only received 3 and was missing a $65 pair of shorts that I have contacted someone at Vanquish 3 different times just to tell them hats going on and they tell me they are so sorry to hear I didn’t receive my order correctly. I sent them pictures of the package and contents of the package just to be ignored 3 times like they aren’t worried about fixing this issue. It’s been one problem after another with these people. Sub par clothing that is extremely over priced, with poor customer service. I guess I’m just going to take a loss on these shorts and go back to gymshark.

I ordered on the Friday and requested a 1-2 day delivery. 5 days after order o get in contact and I am told it will be delivered within 24-48 hours of then so 6 or 7 days late, I was annoyed but moved on. A day later I receive an email saying a top I ordered was no longer in stock and could I find an item of the same value or they could give me a gift card to the value. I went to look only to discover all the tops of the same colour has mysteriously gone up by two pound. Clearly they where shipping to order and didn’t have the stock to meet orders. So I kicked up a fuss and they covered the difference only now this had further delayed my order so now I am sat here 10 days after placing my order with no order still. Only to have them bribe me for a review with a £10 gift card. Hideous service awful help wouldn’t recommend

My package was misplaced by DHL after they confirmed delivery. I couldn’t get to my front door In time to get it obviously before it was gone. Told DHL about the situation they were no help. Contacted Vanquish to see if they could help and all I got was the run around. Immanuel was my starting rep and he said they would send a replacement and then I get Chelsea and then I have start all over. It Didn’t make any sense. I would understand if I was a first time customer, but I’ve been ordering their products for almost 2 years now. Just very disappointed.

Very unhappy with the return process. Cumbersome, no label attached to package, you have to find it on the website somewhere and then fill it in by hand. Also the costs for returning from abroad to UK are immensely high, you have to pay it yourself. So whereas most companies either charge you for sending OR returning, Vanquish does so for both. And the return costs are high!! So I will not order here anymore.

I made a purchase during the black friday sale and understand there were items out of stock. It took me a while to finalize my purchase because some items that drove me to the site weren't available but I still decided to try out the brand and submitted a purchase. Now, I get charged and get validation that my order will be placed BUT, shortly afterwards I get an email stating an item I purchased was out of stock not only that I had to reply if I wanted a refund or and exchange that didn't bother me that much but then I continue reading as they state my order will not be sent until they see the option I choose and I didn't get a reply. So they have my money and now I'm going to wait even longer for my items to begin the shipping process and add even more time since it's the holidays and the shipment will be delayed. If the product was out of stock, it shouldn't have been available for purchase. I want to know what the company will do to make up for their mistake. And I'm still waiting on my refund.

Bought men’s medium fitness wear for my husband, overly tight fitting their sizing is more like women UK size 8. So we bought Gymshark fitness clothing instead and it turned out fabulous, much more comfy, cost effective, free return. But Vanquish fitness you need to pay for your own return, tight clothings, very thin not comfy, overall very bad experience. Never again.

Worst CS experience I have ever got in my entire life from them in the past two weeks. Delayed shipment(I have to email and ig them myself to alert thema about it). First time receiving items, 1 missing, the rest I sent back for size changes. Then sent me back with the exact same thing tho I wrote clearly what size I wanted both in email and the return paper included in the return. Second time, sent back 6 items, CS guy sent me back 4 items only, and disregard what items I asked to exchange and decided to send me 2 items less. I guess its a punishment for me for being annoying I guess. What a brillant CS team. Can't read email/return label and can't even freaking count. I never used to write any customer feedback in my life but I have to. The people they hire to do CS is honestly sh*t.

To begin with: A large part of these valuations is BOUGHT by Vanquish. They promise you a £10 voucher if you give them a good rating. My service was unfortunately very bad. After Vanquish mixed up my shipping address with the billing address, I now wait over 3 weeks for my order. My emails were suddenly not answered anymore and my problem was not taken care of. The staff was also too incapable to write my address correctly the second time, so I had to write again that this was the wrong address. Now, over 3 weeks after the order, I got the message that a part of my order is SOLD OUT. So now I don't even get all of my order, which I have been waiting for for several weeks and have already paid for. I hope that at least the refund will be made faster. In all this time I have not been offered any compensation or given a real apology. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Shame on you for such a way of dealing with your customers!

I purchased some cargo pants from VQ I purchase some cargo pants from VQ, which was my first purchase, and the stitching unravelled in days. I raised this with them and no reply after 2 emails and a tweet. I continued to buy as thought this might be a one off. Spent £100s of pound since then with no real problem (although quality of premium stuff not premium) but happy enough. Last I returned some gym bottoms (at my expense) and order a replacement which was £7.99 cheaper. I received the cheap pants but no refund on my account. Sent 3 emails to query this and a tweet and again no response. For the sake £7.99 they've just lost a customer that was ordering £100s pound worth of stuff every few month. Awful way to treat loyal customers. Won't buy again.

They customer service and logistic is extremely poor, I cannot under why they can just reply similar formatted email when a customer cannot receive anything in a month.......and they can just reply email very very slowly and their service hotline is fake, no one will answer your call. They forget to place order for you, just keep you waiting, reply same email, not helpful......I can said their service is sucked.

If you are from Canada, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a joke, they are making their customers pay $20 for returning items, what the hell!!!! Pathetic customer service. If could give this company -5 stars, I would. Quality of clothing is cheaper than Walmart. Do not order for them!!!

If you are from canada, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. they want you to pay for shipping hahaha what a joke. Shipping costs $20. Pathetic.
