“If this company was based solely on their products this rating would be much better as the apparel is great but the service has been less than satisfactory on going emails after months of dealing with them after they sent the wrong product and having to pay huge return fees. I still don't have my items that were ordered in March ... it is now June. This has been a frustrating process. I look forward to the day I receive the quality product they provide”

“My order still isn’t here yet and it’s been over 2 weeks since I ordered. All I got was a £10 gift card. What is that even going to get my from your site? Absolute joke. Won’t be ordering again after this one.”

“Customer er service is a joke. Get a sewather with white stripes on it on the back (not good) They say we send a new one. I sending mails at 13 april and nothing new. The mails that the customer service send is always the same. Don. 't buy anything here”

“I ordered my son over $100 worth of fitness clothes from Vanquish on April 19th and we found out the order was lost during delivery between Spain and Tennessee. Vanquish has yet to respond to me about a refund or an attempt to ship out the order again as it wasn’t our fault that it was lost. Can anyone give a phone number to call them and speak to them? They’ve stopped responding via email and it’s become very frustrating. My order #507182”

“Never received my order since January 13th. After a lot of e-mail contact, today they finally sent the order. I checken the ordernumber but this is the wrong order! I have sent an e-mail one more time but they do not respond anymore. I have ordered here more times but this was definately the last time! Very bad service!”

“Overall, this has been a very costly, and overall bad retail experience. I was fine with the initial shipping charges, but got hit with an additional CAD$26 of customs charges when the item hit Canada. Add to this, the fact that the item fit poorly (despite being the recommended size by their on-site fit predictor, the pants were way too loose - don't believe the images on how snug these fit on the calves). thus I had to return them, hitting me with an additional 20 pound return delivery charge. Ultimately, I paid more for shipping and customs than the cost of the now returned item. This has been a total waste of my time and money. I do not recommend buying from this brand if you are outside the UK.”

“I have been waiting for my order for more than 1 month. On their page it says it should take a few working days (I'm in Europe). Worst customer support I've seen. I made multiple requests to them to look into this issue and check with the delivery company but the only response I get from them is some standard template text saying they are taking care of it in x days, but in fact nothing is happening. I've requested them to refund my money but they stopped replying after that. It's my first order from them, but also the last for sure.”

I bought a pairs of joggers back in December and I return them by certify post and I know they got the package back three weeks ago. I contact them twice nobody have contact me back . “They do not return the money Good quality clothing, but customer service is terrible, there is no exact description of oversize clothing. the customer has to pay for the return of the Clothing himself and, in addition, they do not return the money :( Claim submitted to the bank”

“Ordered 4 items, only received 3 and was missing a $65 pair of shorts that I have contacted someone at Vanquish 3 different times just to tell them hats going on and they tell me they are so sorry to hear I didn’t receive my order correctly. I sent them pictures of the package and contents of the package just to be ignored 3 times like they aren’t worried about fixing this issue. It’s been one problem after another with these people. Sub par clothing that is extremely over priced, with poor customer service. I guess I’m just going to take a loss on these shorts and go back to gymshark.”

“I ordered on the Friday and requested a 1-2 day delivery. 5 days after order o get in contact and I am told it will be delivered within 24-48 hours of then so 6 or 7 days late, I was annoyed but moved on. A day later I receive an email saying a top I ordered was no longer in stock and could I find an item of the same value or they could give me a gift card to the value. I went to look only to discover all the tops of the same colour has mysteriously gone up by two pound. Clearly they where shipping to order and didn’t have the stock to meet orders. So I kicked up a fuss and they covered the difference only now this had further delayed my order so now I am sat here 10 days after placing my order with no order still. Only to have them bribe me for a review with a £10 gift card. Hideous service awful help wouldn’t recommend”

“My package was misplaced by DHL after they confirmed delivery. I couldn’t get to my front door In time to get it obviously before it was gone. Told DHL about the situation they were no help. Contacted Vanquish to see if they could help and all I got was the run around. Immanuel was my starting rep and he said they would send a replacement and then I get Chelsea and then I have start all over. It Didn’t make any sense. I would understand if I was a first time customer, but I’ve been ordering their products for almost 2 years now. Just very disappointed.”
